Also, my suggestions for the vagina issue.
Equines have a bit of a jut along the lower portion, and it doesn't need to quite curve as much with the rest, so you can make it a touch longer and straight.
Additionally, use the cheeks to cover it an the anus a bit more as opposed to imposing them over the top. Lastly, while the anus itself puckers outwards, it sits within a recess under the dock, like a bowl with a large bump in the center. Your horse anuses should reflect that and look slightly inset.
