The usually quiet, calm and peaceful environment of the office was broken by the girl's earth shattering footfalls, her shallow ragged breathing and her stomach, still churning from what was surely an earlier stuffing. Her walking couldn't have been easy however, with her legs looking more like kegs, the fleshy limbs constantly rubbed against each other, causing noticeable burns from her thighs to her cankles. Not only was she bulky, she was hefty, and even a blind person could tell she was big, with the creaking floorboards and almost rhythmic popping from her knees. While others carried their weight in the socially acceptable places of tits and ass, she clearly had much of her poundage stored in her bulbous white dome of belly. The aged secretary sitting behind her desk stared at the behemoth of a girl in front of her, clearly a force which would crush any chairs, couches or rests in her way and simply pointed to the doctor’s office. Most of the other patrons agreed as they saw that this girl needed help. The young girl flashed a smile which sent her chins into a quivering frenzy as she continued her farce of a waddle to the doctors.

As she wiggled to the doctor slightly faster, her heart thumped hard in her chest through pounds and pounds of lard, cholesterol and grease which she had relentlessly shoved into her mouth.

"Please, take a seat," offered the doctor, noticing her struggle. She quickly turned to one of the armless seats and tried to fit her frame onto it. As she lowered her bulk, the doctor noticed even more creaking coming from the girl, both from her strained dress and the chair. The doctor instantly grabbed another and placed each chair under her left and right buttock.

"So how are you going?" Calmly asked the doctor, not trying to intimidate or scare the young girl.

"Yeah...Fine." Returned the blob, voice high and raspy from her strenuous walk. The doctor sincerely doubted that, with the burden of her weight being obvious to the naked eye. But to for fill his job requirements, he had to perform a routine check-up.

"Don't worry, your fine." Answered the doctor, avoiding telling the girl about her worrying future, if she continued like this, she would certainly be immobile by 25, or worse...

Sure it was his duty to protect, but maybe he should finally show someone the actual issues with their sizes, and let them succumb to the eventual immobility, diabetes, heart palpitations and so on, at her size it certainly wouldn't be long. Sure, why not let the girl continue her gluttonous journey like she clearly was, judging by the size of her belly she clearly wasn’t going to stop, so why hinder her gaining ability. Just let her go full out as an experiment of what happens if a particularly greedy girl, with a greedy personality let loose and took her obesity to the extreme, until it becomes too much for her feeble body to handle.

“Thank god! I knew you could be healthy at any size.” Wheezed the girl as she collapsed back into the two chairs. The doctor’s eyes widened as he heard the chair moan and almost buckle under her weight. With the mention of being ‘healthy at any size’, the deal was seized, and it was certain that she was stuck on the unavoidable spiral of gaining, and that even when her legs gave out, even when her lungs needed oxygen and even when her heart would eventually give out, she would still stuff herself. The girl flung both of her beefy biceps out, and waited for assistance in standing as she was clearly not fit for it (or any exercise). The doctor gladly grabbed both arms, slick with sweat and heaved her into a standing position, even if she was still wheezing. The girl rest her arm on her chest which, still under pounds of insulating fat seemed to be throbbing in pain, begging for release, it seems that the doctor was correct about her body’s incoming eventual expiration date, with her hear ticking like a time bomb, only waiting the eventual months, days or even weeks until her grim destiny.

“Well, see you in two years doc,” Said the unaware blob, smiling in ignorance at her morbid size. With great effort she begun to heave herself out of the office, wiggling herself to the vending machine left in the waiting room. The doctor simply smiled in anticipation as he pondered if she would even last that long.
