Revenge on Luan: she comes home from camp to find an entirely new family at "her" house. The new family says the Louds were sick of Luan so they sold their house to them, leaving no forwarding address.

When she insists on staying there they call the police who take her to juvenile hall.

When brought into night court, the judge announces "April Fools" and the Loud family comes out. Luan actually breaks down when she realizes how cruel her AFD jokes have been and begs forgiveness, which she receives. (Bonus points: the night court judge's name is Stone and is voiced by Harry Anderson of "Night Court" fame.)

I'm not forgetting that, but from Lincoln's view, he still came out on top, above Luan, and most of the "abuse" that people complain about is aimed at the other family members as well. It's not entirely silly to somewhat project onto Lincoln, that's how a person utilizes empathy, but it is also dangerous to judge an episode solely on that when there are audiences who don't do that, or don't do it to a point where him getting a pie in the face is a crime punishable by death. The show isn't meant for you to project yourself as Lincoln but to see through him. You relate to when he's down, you cheer when he's up, but there is a point where you need to remember that you're still a guest in the house of Loud.
As well as that, there being a perpetrator with a bad image isn't a bad thing. The sisters aren't saints, Lincoln isn't a saint, they all will do and mostly have done bad things to harm their image. Using that as a reason why an episode is bad only works if the episode was supposed to put them in a holy light. Luan is an extreme prankster, taking it to a bigger extreme on April's Fools. Whether that's good or bad for you, that alone doesn't harm the episode.
