There are a few things I like when it comes to TF comics that are on the short side.

For instance, if you can convey the mindset of the character going through the change - all the little intricacies from initial terror to perhaps a personality shift - that is always good.

Also I love when there's an emphasize on how different the change left the character from how they started off. For instance a qt college cheerleader turning into a fat pig man. Emphasize the girl's loss of beauty by showing her butt get huge, her belly blow up, her white teeth turn yellow, her features grow insanely masculine and brutish, etc.

Also show how their personality changes. It doesn't mean the TF victim forgets who they are but perhaps they show a different side to them.

I've checked it out a few times, but it never seemed like there was all that much there. Despite the thread being well over 400 posts long. It's like most generals, a broad hangout with more memes and reaction-pics than actual content. And most of that is just the usual human-to-pony stuff you can find on DerpyBooru.

Pony to griffons, pony to dragon, or pony to changeling is surprisingly rare, as are greentexts. I'd love to see a detailed fic describing one of the characters turning into a love-starved changeling, begin taught by the changeling queen that when times are tough they can substitute love with lust. With lots of emphasis on those lust scenes... Also pony to diamond dog, I love those things.

I'm thinking on writing a fic about the tf virus in the future and I've been brainstorming how it would work. How's this sound?

This seems interesting. I think the best way to pull it off would be to have a group of friends that all moved to the same place from different cities (being in college together seems like the easiest way to do this), so you could have lots of different tfs without having to switch between POVs all the time. And you have the added benefit of being able to set up lots of different sex scenes and relationships just by pairing up all the main characters.
