I usually make some very simple forms, then on those I construct a sketch, by drawing and erasing and drawing and erasing and drawing.
The in a layer above I draw the final lineart.
The final sketch can be a bit messy.

Well, that was somewhat how I figured the confrontation would end. Though Judy arguably messed up more (trying to push Nick to date that vixen, stalking him, outright rejecting his sexual preferences) what Nick and Jack did was still fucked up, especially since Nick knew of Judy's attraction to him despite her claims (though whether or not he knows of her emotional attraction is kind of up in the air). And there, of course, is Judy not approving of Jack, and kind of laying claim to Nick.

Honestly, every chapter just makes it even more unlikely there will be any WildeHopps interactions, let alone end in it.

Now the question is how long will it take Judy to get her "help" and what does she mean by "show" Nick. Show him what exactly?

He's been here since the very beginning so probably not. Best you could hope for is maybe he wants to start a conversation sometime and talk about what he feels. Sometimes he apologizes, and sometimes he kind of realizes what he's doing is silly. I'm guessing he's got some issues he's dealing with, but doesn't know how to really get help.
As far as tenacity goes, he kind of just gave up. Not to mention he was manually updating his images to try and bypass filters, so he doesn't know how to use programs to automate that. He's just frustrated man. On the fat/skinny debate, do you think prey or predators would react differently to being called fat/skinny? Would being a fat prey have the significance of being 'fattened up' without a context for being farm animals? Would being a twiggy predator be seen as being a failure of sorts-- not being able to secure food?
