Crocodile Scientist is playing the weird one, but he wants to be seen as wild and wacky to the people playing.
I think it was Judy. Judy's confrontational, asks a ton of questions, and if a dude wants to play Judy (you know its a dude) its because they want to be super special. Nick is quiet, does his job, and focuses on healing and using abilities, Gideon probably dropped out of the campaign early because he had to play the shitty pie fox, so it was probably Judy who wanted everyone to see their fantastic roleplaying acting as bunny cop.

I dunno, sometimes I feel it'd be way better if you did the whole comic and posted it regularly. It would also be better for the story, since you'd be able to see right away what works and what doesn't, tinker with pace and somesuch. the way it goes I find it hard to care when updates are once in a blue moon and mostly just boring forced Bonnie drama that I've seen in a million fanfics already.

That said, it seems to be more of WriteAnon's fault for being a hack. I still greatly appreciate your effort, Mead. I wish you had better script to work with.

A compelling plot, Bellweather as a actually competent villain, the entire city loving them instead of hating one or both of them, fun nods to other stories, and Wildehopps. Are there better stories? The fact that she embellished a ludicrous sum of money, somehow managed to get a new strand of nighthowler serum to be engineered, somehow manipulated a giant corporation to include nighthowler serum into their burger recipe, contacter a group of psychopatic terrorist to do her bidding, buy off all the prison guards and do all that anonymously, with nobody ever suspecting anything is going on at all is just hack writing of a highest degree. I didn't even like the Bellwether reveal, but it's not like the actual movie built it up any better.
Most of WUtB is pretty good from a technical standpoint, but where it shines, what most people love it for, if that it's INTERESTING.
It never drags, it never gets slogged down, which is fucking impossible considering it's length. As a writer, I have no ducking clue how WA did that. Maybe the ending didn't stack up, but that's only because the rest was really good.
Loudly and frequently shitting on the fic isn't going to stop people from liking it, it'll only stop people from reading it, which is a cunt move, since this fandom pretty much runs on CCs.

You don't like the fic, fine.
You want people to know you don't like the fic, okay
But don't act like your 'reviews' are anything more than opinions.

Partners has an amazing plot and the villain is just plain evil but through his words and actions, show the rest of the city just how bigoted they've always been. It's a great story about good cop Nick facing the wrath of Bogo and the city while trying to protect Judy and the consequences of doing so. And the villains actions are great. He is a great foil to Nick and Judy. I'm not doing the story justice. It's a great story that's definitely worth the investment since the sequel will be coming out soon.
