-Molly's forearms and hands are white

-The neckline of Molly's dress looks a little weird

-Molly has a white area on her chest

-While Paulo does have bags under his eyes in the original pregnant Molly picture, he's supposed to be nervous and uncomfortable there, but in the fanart he's clearly having a great time. The bags don't fit the tone of the picture nearly as well.

Made an updated version, with those issues (hopefully) fixed (you can also see partial progress on the bottom panel).
I'm not too sure about Paulo's bags. I feel that area a bit barren without them, but I'll give you a version with them removed for now so you can compare how they look.

This is very neatly done, mind sharing your method? I colorfag quite a bit of bcb art so it's always good to find new ways to do it.

Sure, though in my entire life I coloured maybe a grand total of 5-6 things digitally including this, so I'm nowhere near a professional.Also everything I did colour was black and white. (The other stuff was character avatars using Hero Forge to create a black and white impression.)

Steps I take
>Load into Gimp 2
>Load colour reference into Gimp 2 on a new tab
>Colour>Colour to Alpha>White (This leaves me with just the black lines, or a shaded image if I want it. I can later make it more or less transparent here and there by adding a Layer Mask and painting it various shades of grey)
>Proceed to make a rough estimate as to how many overlaying things are present that will require multiple colours (Such as Molly's hair with the highlights, Paulo's body with the hair highlights and white face Molly's body with white arms and chest, clothes) and create that many layers + anything else that might be useful
>(Using previous logic, I created the following layers Top to Bottom: Line Art, speech bubble/eye layer, Molly/Abbey hair (same colour), Clothing, Paulo's body, Abbey/Molly's Body (same colour), Panel background colour (for fading effect), and Background White)

>Once layers are done, I just bucket fill them with their primary colour (from reference) and apply layer mask with full transparency to all, except line art (top) and white background (bottom)
>Then, I start painting white the layer mask (usually just with a paintbrush of varying sizes) of the bottom incomplete layer, so first the Panel Background, until the parts it needs to fill are filled, and clean up areas that won't be overlapped by higher layers by painting them black.
>Then, I move a layer up and repeat the process, sometimes jumping between layers to figure out how it will generally look when the main colours are in place
>Finally, when I have a rough cut (Basically already coloured by Molly has no white parts, Paulo has no hair highlights or white mouth etc (I cheated and put his mouth on the Molly/Abbey hail layer because why not) and the clothes are not the right colour yet) I then switch back to the actual layers instead of the layer masks and start adding highlights. But since I'm doing it layer by layer, there is no chance of me mucking up Molly's dress when I'm figuring out exactly where the white area on her chest should be, nor do I muck up my colouring of any of the characters when I create the speech bubbles and fading (Which I do by painting the layer mask a light grey repeatedly in overlapping, more and more distant areas).
>The one thing that wasn't really consistent on layers, was that Abbey's glasses are painted by greying out the eye/speech bubble layer in the top panel, because the glasses are over his eyes, and it's against the white I had to contrast which I did by Abbey's skin layer, while in the bottom panel it's the opposite, where I added a bit of gray alpha to the Eye/speech bubble layer on top of the area of Abbey's "skin" where the glasses would overlap.

Again, I'm not even close to a professional, and this is just the method I figured out for myself while painting digital figurines, so no doubt there's far better methods out there, but I hope it helped somewhat.
