I think most corporations are waking up and realizing how much of a shitty deal Steam is. ActiBlizz already has an online platform in place, and people USE it with gusto. People accepted Steam because of Halflife2 and Counterstrike Source. They've accepted battle.net thanks to Overwatch; why on Earth would they give Valve 30% of all sales by hosting it on Steam?

I remember reading a fanfic with that once, but it was played for comedy.

From what I've gleamed from reading, these are just snip-bits from the next generation. There is no grand focus, no arching plot going on in the background. Just the challenges of every day life for a Deer who's daddy is a Wolf and a Wolf who's Daddy is a Sheep.

And that's fine. Whenever you get an idea for a run of the mill day to day plot, you can add it to the Next Generation. You don't need to have some kind of conclusion, you pretty much established your freedom from the get go with the format.

Just do what comes natural and you'll be fine.

You already said you like the story, so this is one less thing to worry about. Then ask yourself this: is there more I can tell? What didn't I have explored? What relationships I haven't talked about? Which characters I haven't talked about? It is closed or I can add more?
Try to start from here. Depending on the quantity (and quality) of things you can do and how many you can relate between each other you then choose how and if proceed.

Also, I wanted to say, the Evergreen pic you requested me so much time ago. I didn't forget.
The problem is that at the time I was really shitty at shadowing, and it occurred to me every time I tried to work on it.
Now I'm a little less shitty, and I can finish it (hopefully) soon.

My name's Pencil Anon, and I'm a fairly new artist. (And by that I mean I've been drawing for a little while but I've never posted anything online.)
I chose the name Pencil Anon because my hands are pretty fucking shaky so I only use pencils (and pens) and just take pictures of what I draw on a camera. (Like, a phone camera)
Today I decided to, for the first time, try to draw some sort of Anthro animal, and decided to just go with Avo because that's pretty simple, right?
Ha, well, 5 minutes later I got this little rough sketch. Aside from the left paw/eye I think it turned out pretty well, so I figured I'd post it here for opinions.

Ok, let's see.
I see that you have gone with a "Weaver style", since the line of the muzzle that should partially cover one of the eyes is not present.
Reduce the size (in pixels) of your image. Use a stronger push on the pencil or softer pencils (toward B) to define le final lineart.
The 3D effect is given by what you can see but also what you can't see. The line of the pectoral part should cover the arm behind it.
Be careful of drawing the line the clothes behind her neck, it makes the latter seem too curved.
Remember that Zootopian anatomy =/= human anatomy, be careful of the shoulders.
These are the first suggestions that come to my mind.
But they are minor, very nice drawing, especially for your first time.
