Yes, an actual town, and yes, in the frozen wasteland, with some fire types, we can make the towns warm enough to be somewhat comfortable, but Arceus himself has told me this region is the only place left in the world for ice types to gather in number, and I want to keep it that way, so outside of the towns themselves, my plan is to leave the world alone.
As for Unown, I haven't seen many of around here, though I heard a huge group got cleared out of the Mystri Ruins
