That post a while ago about Undyne helping Alphys get in shape sounded like it could be cute.
I read the notes on the Fuku and Octavia story on Ao3, maybe an Octavia-focused story with Undyne?
Maybe Undyne being a soldier or something? I was thinking how there wasn't really an equivalent to Undyne being in the royal guard in your continuity.

Basically, kkhoppang made the original Swapfell AU with designs for all the characters, but skeleton artists did their own thing with swapped skeleton designs and called it Swapfell too, while ignoring the rest of the AU. Now someone has taken it upon themselves to separate those skeleton designs into their own AU and make designs for the other characters to go along with them, and they called it Fellswap.

You're right. Undyne is pretty much the reason I wasn't very happy with it. It's always annoying when you realize you have to draw Undyne from the eyepatch side and she's just gonna look bland no matter what without her pretty big eye. I'll try to move it around a bit when I wake up. See how it looks.
