As for Polly Im prone to conspiracies, I don't know she just seems kind of different.

For Lina the picture jumped out at as being different, but the only thing I can for sure point out is the eyes/eye brows, her mouth and chin also look different to me, but there aren't good comparison points, she also looks brighter, but that could just be the picture

The only things I can see different about Polly is her new yellow uniform and those nubs of hair around the back of her head aren't as curved or pointy anymore.

Lina's snout is also slightly different to her two other faces, plus her hair longer and straighter.
