Yeah, in TIWTLLL he doesn't show up much. I thought there would be a twist since it sounded like Judy never told Jack about the babies but I think it's too much plot for a comic derivative of a small oneshot. (Though it seems Sprinkah is bringing Jack back)

Black Jack seemed to want to make Jack an actual character, lots of work around him and creating a backstory and plot and whatnot. But from what I've seen nobody really likes Rem/Aoi Jack. For me it was always "oh boy, skip" on Jack Cynthia content. I mean I don't understand what either authors wanted, they basically created a character who's not likable at all, and I thought that was the point since he was so pissingly annoying, Nick kept acting like a child around that issue and all it was doing is "OMG JUDY X JACK WILL HAPPEN GUYS" with Nick ablooing.

I mean there are several comics where the antagonists are really interesting and I'd like moree building up on them, but in this case we have no idea what the mission is, we have no reason to care about Jack while the artists keep pumping more of his sidestory.

Honestly, my reading isn't as polished sounding as Comic's usual performance, but I'll argue it's my first time speaking at great length while both reading a piece of prose without practice and also trying to think of where to make comments (not to mention my tendency to quip and snark keeps bleeding through).

Off the top of my head a lot of writers stopped writing. OfficerFox, FoxyProf, GrizzleyFag, MiwAuturu, Prester and Whiskey haven't been seen in a long ass time or have stopped writing. It's just that normies can't grasp simple concepts like empathizing with Disney cartoon animals from a children's movie. Honestly, I have no idea where the hell they are going with Black Jack. Jack could have been handled much better; instead of flushing at the first sight of Judy, he could have been much more cold and serious, having a distance to him. Then have him only warm up to those he works with, AKA Cynthia and that dog commander. The love square seems to have been thought up and then thrown away in the later chapters.

Because good part of the world population is made of people who do not think much. In this case very few of us thinking intellectuals are seen as strange, which is a sad truth. Having the comic bring up so much reflection to Zootopia fandom has probably made several people change their way of approaching touchy subjects, no longer afraid of it but embracing the opportunity of dialogue and introspection. I would assume a movie about understanding and accepting mistakes would foster more of that kind of content but even this fandom is stained with the unthinking mass who just pumps bad content day after day.

Opinion. It was an amazing piece since it managed to shown how Nick felt and show how deep his words had hurt Judy. Just thinking after all they went through in the movie and possibly the comic, him saying that to Judy could only have a fitting expression if he made it the focus. Judy was already worked up too, scared and hurt. I think it's one of few pieces of fanart of Zootopia I actually plan to buy once it starts getting quality prints.

It's a prey in tame collars story, with Nick being a military officer in charge of a checkpoint into the city. I sorta rushed it last minute, so I hope it's alright.
I had to cut out about four pages of dialogue after they go into the diner, which was where the actual Nick and Judy characters come out, but it's already at 9k. Oh, well.

The problem with Black Jack (I keep thinking of Jack Black every time) is that he's a famous international super agent bunny and Judy's role model, but in the movie everybody were skeptical when Judy tries to get into ZPD. He just reeks of Mary Sue OC syndrome, which makes him inherently unlikable.
