Just eyeballing it:

-proportions are off (look at the two thighs and see if they make sense in the perspective they're drawn; also, the facial features seem to be overly skewed to one side)
-line confidence (very scratchy; when you commit to lines, you may want to look at using a stabilizer)
-line weight (all the thicknesses are the same, making the character look flat; there needs to be variation to imply light/dark, materials melding into one another, etc.)
-anatomy (e.g., the breasts look more like beach balls on her chest rather than how they actually attach to the body)
-pillow shading (you're not really thinking about the light source in the picture but rather putting darks along the contours, which isn't quite accurate)
