OK, so it seems that Opposite Day is leading strong, but regardless, A musical version of Zootopia (Or Pack Street) might be something I'd so anyway. I'm already thinking of it. In either case, the opening number would be called 'how hard can it be?' or something along those lines, and would involve Remmy/Judy (again, depending on the case) starting off with a kind of hopeful sing about how they're ready to face the world and shit like that, and 'How hard can it be?' is the last line, and they have this hopeful smile right up until the moment where they throw a door open and the cast of PS/The other cops are all waiting on the other side, mostly scowling, and their face falls and they just go 'crap.'

He's also either on the spectrum or completely retarded.
He told Charlie to fuck off so he could have dinner with Annie when she was practically confessing to not wanting to be alive. I believe the words he used were "I hate to do this to you."
Fuck Remmy.
>>9141906
>He told Charlie to fuck off so he could have dinner with Annie when she was practically confessing to not wanting to be alive
Also the dinner itself was a disaster.
>"I feel really scared."
>"You should be really scared."
>>9141906
remmy has tourrettes au when?
>>9141973
Remmy's dinner is really weird to read through if you remove all of his inner monologue, because I don't think he realizes he's "responding" to Anneke by talking in his own head. So she'll say something, and instead of saying something back, he'll just narrate on it.
So in reality he's just staring at her and leaving long stretches of awkward silence, making things really uncomfortable for her at a time when she just wants reassurance.
Seriously, he just leaves her hanging, repeatedly.
>>9141836
Yeah, it's pretty painful when he shoves his foot in his mouth. Guess his family didn't scar him enough for him to know when to shut up.
>>9141906
Honestly, Remmy did everything right in that scene. He made sure Charlie was ok and that's it. He wasn't obligated to stay with her
>>9142096
>This shit again
Friendship isn't a business deal or an obligation. Viewing it as "he did the mandatory minimum required allotment of comforting, further consolation is not his primary responsibility" makes you seem more autistic than he is.
>>9142121
I'm starting to think that his past has somehow fucked him in the head. It's like he's numb to emotion, sometimes.
>>9142121
But at the same time, you can't shit on Remmy just because he didn't stay longer or completely canceled his date. To him, Charlie is an acquaintance or friend at best.
>>9142252
If a friend of mine was so distraught over the loss of their close friend that they were saying things like "it should have been me" then yes, I'd probably cancel my plans to make sure they were okay.
>>9142252
I think it would be one thing if that's the ONLY fucked thing he's said or done.
It isn't.
Besides. They've shared a bed and broken the law together before. I seriously doubt anyone would just think of her as a neighbor that they know after all that shit.
>>9142121
You're speaking as if Remmy and Charlie are long-term friends. They practically just met
Y'all are acting like Anneke wasn't ALSO friends with Dora. She seemed to take it a bit easier then Charlie, sure, but still. Remmy couldn't just be like "sorry but I'm blowing you off to go comfort someone else when you probably need it too."
>>9142326
>Besides. They've shared a bed and broken the law together before.
And all of this was not of Remmy's choice. Charlie pretty much broke into his apartment for the purpose of seeking heat and she didn't give Remmy all the details that he had the right to know about their "heist." Charlie tricked him into doing it
Y'all are acting like Anneke wasn't ALSO friends with Dora. She seemed to take it a bit easier then Charlie, sure, but still. Remmy couldn't just be like "sorry but I'm blowing you off to go comfort someone else when you probably need it too." Like damn.

Memes aside, this is alright. Discussing relevant content and remaining relatively civil about it is perfectly fine in my book.
>>9142288
But that's your own actions. You can't expect everyone to do the same as you and then shit on them for doing something differently
>>9142534

>>9142510
You can't just taunt me with that, I want to see it now.
>>9142559
How, exactly, is going out to dinner any better?
>>9142288
Remmy still thinks of Charlie as that one weird neighbor that's more or less always exploited him but not bad enough to actually consider her an enemy.
Suddenly, while his emotions are fucked, this neighbor finds him and slams more emotion into his chest than he's ever experienced from her before.
How's he even going to be able to handle this new development? He can't, so he moves on to the next scheduled thing in his brain, the date, cuz it's trying to restore some form of order so he can cope.

Posting it in two segments because it's too long. It's poorly written. Hope that's fine.
Pack Street, The Musical.
Act 1, Opening Number.
"How Hard Can It Be?"
It's a dark night on Pack Street, and a certain sheep happens to be bumbling along. It's his first day since moving in. Light rain is falling, but he seems preoccupied with other concerns. Music begins to play as the camera focuses more on him. He speaks in a slow, somewhat depressed tone.
"They said 'it's time, don't you know? You're a Ram now, Rem, it's time to go.' That I've got my life aheadddddd, of me.
And I didn't cry, I'll tell you why. I had a thought, deep inside.
'How, hard, caaaaan it be?'"
The music kicks up into a bit more of a happy tune.
"Just, keep your head up, as they say, even if things don't go your way, how bad cooould it be?"(S'cuse me.) Remmy passes by a rather gruff looking wolf, narrowly dodging him.
"Just blend in, and you'll be fine. Keep your distance, establish lines. You can't feel down, if your head's there, and not you!"
(See what I did there? OK, it was cheesy, true.)
"When it came to my family, I wasn't a fan, but granted, they did seem to have a plan. Don't look for trouble if it isn't looking for you."
A spotted hyena stops to not-very-stealthily poke at Remmy's wool. He brushes them off, and continues to walk along, looking slightly adgitated.
"If you find yourself with an unwanted paw, just tell them 'no' and move along."
A different animal stops to do the same, followed by another and another.
"BUT IF THIS DOESN'T STOP, I SWEAR TO GOD."
Remmy angrily throws his arms out, swatting away several arms before starting to walk a bit more briskly.
He takes a few deep breaths, brushing his shirt off and correcting his scowl with a smile.
"C'mon, how, hard, it, beeee?"
>>9142684
Part 2
A slutty looking panther in a dress and makeup throws an arm around him suddenly as he's pulled away from the crosswalk he was about to step onto.
"Hey, mutton chops, looking for a good time?"
"No thanks."
"Aww, calm down. No need to be shy. How, baaaad can it be?"
He struggles against their arm for a second, only to be pulled farther back as a chorus of other animals join in from nearby.
"Just keep your head up, as they say! Even if things, don't go your way! How, hard, can, it, beeee?"
"I said get off me!"
"How, bad, can, it, be?"
Cormo finally breaks away, heading rather quickly down the street and towards his apartment. They predators behind him begin to laugh. He finally nears the doorstep, and slows to a stop, catching his breath.
"I'm home free." He pauses with his hoof on the door, a relieved smile on his face. The music slowly quiets, and dies off.
"How, bad, can, it be?"
He opens the door, to find the lobby filled with his neighbors. They all give him a range of looks, each more unsettling then the last as he enters. All eyes shift to him as the room quiet.
"Fresh meat." Someone comments.
Remmy's smile dies.
"Crap." He mutters.
End of Opening number.
If you took the time to read through all of this, you're either very bored, or this turned out somewhat decent.
Pack Street belongs to Weaver.

>>9142710
Don't you mean "how baaaaaad can it be"
>>9142673
Indeed. Not like he had any good interactions with Pandora, or really considered her to be a nice person.
Also because Charlie never randomly violated his personal space or dragged him into something without his knowledge.
And let's not forget about Charlie's wide range of emotions she showed whenever she talked to Remmy. Pretty radical, huh?
>>9142710
Nice job anon

>>9142822
From "Savages'
"Frowning, I lower my head and wrap my arms around Charlie as she buries her muzzle in my woolly chest. It's weird to think about, but I feel pretty much exactly the same way about Dora too. Unlike just about all of my neighbors, I've never had any rough run-ins or harsh words exchanged with her. She's been nothing but polite and generous to me -- friendly, even. Shit, Velvet and I've been on more sour terms, and she's a prey species. If anything, you'd think the Alpha's doe girlfriend would be more sympathetic to me than a tigress who's almost twice my age."
Also
"I'm nowhere near the crime scene and yet I can still hear the sirens, the glass crunching underfoot, the gurney clattering as it carts off one of the few people around here I'd call a "friend"."
Reminder that Carnivores are naturally sociopaths who only communicate through violence
>>9142822

>>9144362
Here you go.
>>9144406

>>9144426
Thanks anon.
>>9144406
Those babies are gonna be having kids of their own by the time that comic is over.
>>9144284
I've seen lots of comments here and there saying that Judy and Nick are out of their characters in the various comics I've posted here on Deviantart. Well, since the creators of Zootopia have stated that the two are just good friends and police partners, ANY comic or fan art that show them as being anything else will fall within the OOC classification. So any of the fan fics, fan comics and fan arts (not those dedicated to some AU, of course) which show the duo Nick & Judy as a (married or not) romantic couple (with or without children) will be representing them totally OOC.
Another complaint I have seen that refers to the behavior of these characters in the stories I make is that they would not be acting according to what was seen in the film and they're OOC. I wonder in which part of the film they were having sex, discussing the relationship or having an argument about abortion. In my opinion, it is impossible to tell what a person's reaction to a given situation is going to be. More than once, the shy have taken ahead in dangerous situations while bullies have crouched down in some corner, and the public doesn't know what the sex life of Secretary of State for Justice is.
Technically, only the creators of the film will be able to give the final say as to the fate of these two. But, of course, that doesn't stop the fans' creativity from filling in the gaps. Which includes me.
So my point is: Please don't play that card. Shouting "OOC!" every time something doesn't conforms into your PERSONAL VIEW isn't a good thing, especially when you're referring to a fan-created work. If you don't agree with what you find in some of these fan arts, fan fics and fan comics about your favorite franchise, you should explain why and have a good discussion with the author and other commenters.
That's the best way. That's the wiser way. That's the civilized way.

I have three theories. First one is that Sprinkah enjoyed using it for practice of drawing Nick and Judy head. Remember several pieces where he tried to draw their whole body and ended up crashing and burning with nick looking like a steel drum.
Second is he actually wrote something and honest to God thinks he'll salvage it.
Third and the one I'm going with is... he just wants closure, really. He started it and rather than just leaving it to rot after losing interest he's burning candles to just do a last push and give it an ending no matter how good/bad it is.

To be honest, this could be accomplished in two panels, first when he approaches the bun with her asshole friends with a valentine and full of hope and nerves, and second where he is sitting on his bed crying with his brother. Same story, more impact, I think. Less is more.

I don't know how to tell you this without going full /5N@F/ here, so I'm just going to come out and say it: you're a fucking idiot and these threads would be better off without you.
I don't even mean that as a personal attack, even though it sounds like it: you're objectively wrong, you clearly don't know what you're talking about, and I think /ztg/ would be a better place without you.
So please.
Go make the world a better place.
>>9144945
You need to establish the characters, their relationship, for the context to have more meaning. You need to dwell on the memory, to show how it mattered to the characters. The back and forth cuts are to build up to a moment of emotional dread.
Brevity is the soul of wit, but the best comic is not always the shortest.
Besides, there's a reason most comics don't work on a two-panel system. Smash cuts work great for comedy, not so much for emotional reflection. It makes the whole thing farcical.
>>9144689
>>9145055
This post had too many words, can we get it any shorter? I don't like reading. Or looking at things.
>>9145074
>This post had too many words
Stopped reading right there, I was able to infer the rest of your statement
>>9144813
Honestly I don't think that's fair, he's putting a lot of work on it and even if it isn't good it has great reaction images.
I just wish he'd realize nobody says "OOC" because it isn't following the movie. In the movie Judy acts brashly and tags Nick as a dangerous predator and comes to regret it later, by his description she later acting brashly and tagging Nick as a leak/crooked cop based on him being a fox would be "in character", despite that triggering everyone into "OOC" zone. It doesn't matter if it happened or not in the movie, it's how good you can convince the audience it's the same character. It's like product development, you don't argue to your users how they are stupid because they can't use features, you make them easier to use.
It's becoming sadder because all the shit he's been getting and throwing around. Initially it was "something never done", then it was just old hybrid shit except Judy doesn't want it, fine. Then people gave feedback on the story and he made it PT-BR only till he didn't, fine. Then people gave MORE feedback and he argued their feedback was incorrect, fine. Now people give even more feedback and his response is "THIS IS TOO MATURE FOR YOU, 18+ TAG, STOP BEING SO IMMATURE TO SEE HOW GREAT THIS IS".
Over a fucking abortion melodramatic fanfic of a furry Disney Movie.
That said, he said he had 2 comics still to come and some people speculated those would be part 2 and 3 of this. If that's the case, holy shit, this will be the best thing ever.

This one sounds like the most plausible honestly. Sprinkah has admitted the comic has turned to shit, and should have ended a while ago. But they have put so much time into it, they might as well finish it. End it somehow, wipe their hands of it, and finally have that weight removed from their shoulders.
A side note, whenever I think of that comic, I can't help but think of this greentext of Judy being a complete psychopath and having "killed" Jack. Anyone have the bad ending where she actually kills him?

Nah, most herbivores have larger genitals relative to body size than predators. So a preyophile is more likely to be hung, a predophile is more likely to be small.
>>9145378
That was most definitely a factor but he could have easily either stuck to his guns and defended it, or ignored any criticism. Instead, they finally admitted what a mess the whole thing was.
I will admit though, I am kind of impressed he has stretched the comic as far as he has. The original story was less than 1K words long, super bare bones, and threw Nick into a much worse light. Sort of arguable if the fic version or the comic version of Judy is worse.
Here, I shortened The Neighbors' Toy to one word

>Sleep is overrated, five hours of sleep is more than enough for everyone
Oh very true.
But in my case I've been running on less than 3 hours per night (most nights, only 1-2 hours).
And it wasn't for a lack of giving myself enough time to try to sleep, but more a combination of various things preventing me from falling asleep at all.

Also, for the almost-in-the-dead-hours crowd, there is some lewd/simple drawing of Crime Files characters that you want?
They are relatively simple to do and they take little time, so this is all I can do for now.
