I won't agree with that.
If you watch this show you know that Bobby barely gets used despite being Lori's boyfriend and supposedly a big part of her life, and Ronnie Anne even LESS than that, despite being Bobby's sister and supposedly now on decent terms with Ronnie Anne. At the moment, these we're barely familiar with these characters, and they're barely more than props for already established ones.

Even if you don't care about these characters you have to agree that there was definitely more that could've been done with them, and that they haven't really been explored, outside of Shell Shock.

Guess I should've specified but I meant the other characters besides Ronnie, Bobby and their mother.
I would've been completely fine if they had a 22 minute episode about the Louds but Ronnie and Bobby were included for the whole episode. But, personally, I think it's stupid to have a special half hour dedicated to first time seen characters people may or may not care about since we haven't had episodes with them in it, and it would be even worse if Lincoln or any of the Louds wouldn't be in it.

No matter how much I like Ronnie or Bobby, it's the Louds I fell in love with, it's the Louds I've enjoyed watching for a year, it's Lincoln's adventures with his family that made me a fan of it. Not some dumb spics who I wouldn't be a fan of this cartoon, if they were the main characters hypothetically speaking, because of in the first place

A half hour episode without the Louds does sound pretty bizarre but could be interesting. If the description is any indication, it'll be a Ronnie Anne episode that could give us more insight into her as a character. Her extended family will probably be more like plot devices than characters anyways.

And Lincoln was going to be a rabbit with a family of 48 indistinguishable sisters. And Leni was going to be an eight year old with retard strength. And the parents were never going to be more than faceless characters. And so on and so forth.
As a show goes on things change, and when they find things that work, they move with it and expand.
I get you're likely joking, but if the "jews" hadn't convinced Savino to change to a smaller family of humans, if Leni wasn't changed to be the "cinnamon roll" that she if, if the parents weren't charming enough that the crew decided to make them full-on characters, we wouldn't be where we are.

I have the nerve to bitch because just about every character in this show has some sort of interesting trait that can be explored, from the main family to even the side characters, and it's not unreasonable that, as a fan, I'm looking forward to everyone getting their time in the spot light.
It's not just the Louds that make the show, anymore, but the assemblage of characters and settings, and the more you explore all of that, the "deeper" the show can feel. This is reflected in episodes no longer just focusing on Lincoln and onto the sisters; episodes no longer just focusing on the children but also the parents; and once again, so on and so forth.

TL;DR: This is the show, it's evolving, and this is how Savino and the crew want it.

Increasing the ensemble and whatnot is one thing and it's an acceptable change but when it's up to the point where it moves too far off from what it originally intended to be, then it's a different show entirely.

I don't know, the episode mentions Ronnie Anne struggling to deal with her relatives, so I bet Lincoln will be the one to help her deal with them, since he is so used to being in a large family.

The main reason I wanted Lori to be there too is to see what Mrs S and RA thought of her. They haven't interacted much, but I kind of got the impression that RA disliked Lori from this picture.

I hardly think we have to worry about that, but I can see it being a legitimate worry.

I'd honestly say the main draw of the show is the "heart" and the idea of "family" and, even if it isn't with the Loud Family and it's, say, an episode with the Mcbrides or now this episode with the Santiagos and Shell Shock, it's done a consistent job of keeping that up and maintaining a Loud Family focus.
I mean, keep in mind, this is one episode (with the length of two) focusing on the Santiagos, and this is only around halfway in the second season after already having a 30 minute episode with the Louds at the beginning of the season. They're hardly being drown out.

The thing is, most people don't notice "said". It's a good idea to mix around using "said", more colorful dialogue tags, and just working the dialogue into the scene without dialogue tags. But that's hard to do right.

Anyway, it was happening so many times that it just jumped out at me. And if you like doing it, it doesn't matter, that's not really good writing. Even if it is a stylistic choice, it's not a good one.

I don't want to be too harsh, because I was interested in seeing where the story was going, but you see this particular quirk a lot in middle school level writing.
