I had a job to develop an app for blind people and had to go to a lot of blind stuff. It's... kinda depressing, I seen a lot of people who just go living day by day. The ones who had jobs and whatnot were related to blind stuff and not really what one would call normal jobs.

I'm sure there are blind people who manage to live well but it was kind of a wake up call for me since a lot of media always show blind being basically without any problem. Everything is accessible, everyone is understanding, they have superhearing and supersmelling.

I'm a little sad they didn't go through with giving Nick whiskers in the movie; I suppose it would be their equivalent to a beard or a mustache, so it makes sense for Nick to "shave" it, but it might have added a little more animal to his appearance.

It also would have been interesting to add them once we see Nick again at the bridge scene, though I guess that wouldn't have helped the whole idea of "Nick feels worthless without Judy, so he doesn't even bother shaving his whiskers".

I can't stand Skye and Jack. Jack was never a good character, Skye has literally no depth. Their relationship is basically a switched Judy and Nick, it can't even be something like Desmolly because they are always shown as the same "closed person open person". They don't fit the setting, Jack looks ridiculous and anyone who haven't got used to him will tell. Skye whole existence is STOP KILLING WILDEHOPPS JACK REEEE, I don't think a single work has her as a real character.

I don't get why hacks keep latching on them but I get reason is that they really are here just for the furry and skye is a vixen. Fuck, stop doing jack savage skye garbage, do Honey. If you don't want, do Swinton or Ottertons or Clawhauser or motherfucking Finnick, there are a lot of characters with not much attention in canon. Even looking at e621 is disheartening to see the amount of shit Jack and Skye have while the movie characters and the better concept art characters starve for attention.
