I have a lizard/dragon race in my setting, but they died out long ago. I never thought about what their culture would be like, just that their technology was that of nearing the end of the roman empire + magic bullshit.
They were mostly bipedal and used the wings on their back as a sort of robe/cloak when not in use, wrapping the limbs under their armpits and hooking around at the shoulder with their claws. They would also paint their wings often because of this.

I used to believe that scalies would be more realistic with a flat or at least "defined" chest but sometimes I have to ignore this because I see some scalie characters with tits and I think its cute and perfect.

Basically what I learned in art is realism isn't always the best route. I mean come on, licking is one thing but trying to imagine a dragon realistically "sucking" a dick is a chore. What's great about art is you shoot for what's aesthetically pleasing.
