The thing with "Yandere" is that it involves having some sort of out-going personality or a really reserved personality, which Lincoln just doesn't have, and it generally involves the yandere character being the opposition rather than the main character. A character like Lynn, Luna or Luan are incredibly out-going, and it's easy to imagine them going off the end. A character like Lucy or even Lisa is incredibly reserved, so you can easily imagine that she's got things hidden or a darker side to them, and this goes on with the other sisters with how twisted you can make it, since they have pretty malleable/simple personalities.
Lincoln, however, is both an incredibly middle man character and the obvious main character, and the most effort he puts into anything is getting out of stuff rather than having deep twisted passions.
Jokes aside, it'd have to be someone like Christina, but even then, it'd be way too out of character for him to create such an obsession to really be enjoyable, though considering how rooted people are with incest no one really minds that to an extent.

It's not a matter of it being canon, but a matter of it being believable or even enjoyable.
If you have a fic where Lynn is into dresses and shit what separates it from being believable and being shit is developing a reason, or leading into it, making you get into the notion that this is Lynn and not just some original character or some proof that the person making it has no idea what they're writing about or even the source material.
You can warp a character, but no matter how warped they become they should still be a form of the original character.
Of course I'm all for variety of content, but even among those 500 fics, there are some that take heed of this more than others.
