We can't really know how strong an estrus species sex drive is as creatures with a constant one. It could actually be weaker, and they're just not used to it because it's a sometimes thing.

As for satyrs, with already being only half pone, I'd imagine it'd either not do anything since their sex drive doesn't toggle, or it would just be a small boost to it.

Well horses don't even have an "estrus" as is commonly shown off in fan works anyway. They're on a cycle just like our women, they just reabsorb the uterine lining if they don't get pregnant while we shed ours.

I think satyr estrus would probably actually have more variance from estrus to estrus in terms of severity and direct effects due to the quirks of there biology though. So one estrus would be particularly terrible and then next 4 could be abnormally mild.

Non-pony satyrs would likely vary a good deal based on their other species. Laika for example is probably losing her mind when hers hits during the spring - summer, but they'd be basically unnoticeable outside of the canine breeding season.
