Honestly though this is THE darkest it gets in the the Fic (well, besides the time when Jack Savage almost raped Judy during an undercover job), they do have other challenges and villains that try and harm them.

But they have (Nick, Judy, and the villains themselves.) have some amazing voices, character's, and everything.

It's a good read, but there is so much of it, and I did REALLY have to force myself to get over the less then happy parts.

Easter, our Rabbit Appreciation Day, is upon us.

I've had a hard time coming up with anything for this, or for TT, in terms of writing. A lot of ideas came and went in my mind. But I got one weird enough that I figured "why not"?

I do get kind of tired of seeing that in WildeHopps, especially the immediate jump to sex. There is sexual tension, sure, but it seems weird that Nick and Judy jump into bed together barely a week into them dating. They don't even have time to get used to their new relationship dynamic before they are straight out fucking each other (and usually it is fucking, not even taking their time and making love, learning each other's bodies...).

I don't have a problem with dark, I have a problem with gratuitous edginess for the sake of fanfic cred. I can understand a character being shown being sadistic in ways that don't involve twisting someone finger through and through until they can no longer scream, but I can smell the desire of it being for the sake of "oh god isn't this DARK?" rather than really interesting storytelling. I've seen it so much that whenever I read about it, it just seem desperate.

I think one of my favorite Mature stories is Kittah's "Testing Limit's"
It was pretty relaxing and had a great deal of characters growth to it.
Another one is Cloperalla's "Burrowing Under Barriers" even if it was a first date to sex thing. The character voice's, actions, and emotions were amazing in it. And the sex was actually sex, slow at first but stronger at the end.

There's other's but you can just look them up on A03 or something.

True edginess is rather rampant in a lot of works, and it really does tarnish your time at reading thing's.

I'd say Kittah's stuff are almost always a fun read. "Different Tails" and "Partners" (even with it's age, but Revisited might be better easier to digest.
Zanrok has some pretty solid stuff that isn't hurr durr dark, but still has them crazy about each other (Namely Derailment, don't care about the other stuff)
"Reception Inception" is still mature but is still a fun read, even with it's rather stupid villain and climax that could have used some work.
"Thicker Then Blood" is amazingly solid. Even with it's rather airy start and everyone felt rather hollow, the author has REALLY come into it, it's a SUPER slow burn that has just now, went romantic. But good god, it's one of the best stories that I read that had them staying as friends for a long time yet I love the heck out of it.

My previous entry was intended to be read only by the lusophone community here on Deviantart, but I forgot to take into account those obnoxious translation apps and their bad translations.
I apologize to the English-speaking readers for not posting this entry before, in order to better explain what I really decided.
My intention is not to stop posting "I Will Survive" in English. What I intended to do was to review all the text I have already written and modify what I considered necessary, such as the passages in which I sought to introduce colloquialisms and a more natural way of speaking, with unfortunate results.
I intended to retake the series in English when these modifications were ready, but several users posted comments that showed their concern about the fate of the series, and asked me not to stop loading the pages, even though they were written in my disjointed English.
But what struck me was a comment in which the author frankly told me that I would be giving a big middle finger both to readers in a number of countries where English is the mother tongue and to those who live in other countries and do not understand Portuguese, using English as a lingua franca.
Well, that person is right. If I continued my initial project, I would be practicing a type of bullying with people who liked my work and were following it, always with words of encouragement and support. So I back down from my decision and from now on I'm posting bilingual versions of the current comic until its end.

Ah, I meant with your image editing software.
The way to access it differes from program to program.

In GIMP, for example, you'll be able to find a checkmark box that says "Smooth Stroke" in the tool options menu.
