Pack Street succeeds at what it attempts to accomplish. A funny and ultimately pretty heartwarming tale about a sheep down on his luck ultimately finding the value of family. In comparison, Zistopia doesn't. It tries to build a new world for the protagonists to explore in, but does nothing with it.The story regularly loses focus and we end up with half-baked writing and a story that's not worth the effort to follow. That isn't even bringing up the political messages NW shoves into her work.

It's written for the sort of person to whom Judy being in a position of privilege makes them feel uncomfortable with her being the hero of the story. There's a lot of negative things you can say about those people, but NW's pandering to them was top notch.
