Mix of Zootopia and scifi works, do you recognize them all?

I checked their deviantart and it was full of highly-detailed pictures of trains and train carriages. I think they might be genuinely, deeply autistic.
So, I'm thinking my zoosona might have a little bit of an unusual habit.
He reads, which isn't special. But he prefers to read underwater. And while a snorkel at the pool with his waterproof phone is alright, he likes something a little deeper.
Enter lakes- Maybe the ocean off to the side of Zootopia, but probably a lake somewhere relatively nearby. He can have a scooba line leading down from the shore, or from a diving bell, and just relax with a waterproof tablet, surrounded entirely by the silence of being alone at the bottom.
Think it's worthwhile, or not quite something people could do in Zootopia?
I've seen things on /ck/
>>8729226
River otters can hold their breath for up to eight minutes underwater, and that's when they're being highly active - they could probably go a good deal longer if they were just sitting there. Maybe he just comes up for air every ten minutes or so.

You know, you're right. Instead of a diving line, he could just have an air tank he occasionally takes a hit from- He could make a single tank last a long, long while.

That brings me to the Question.
What Animal would Gordon Ramsey in Zootopia?

Bogo, many years later
I've got this mental image in my head of Marty dressed as a magician
But he's happy about it, he's enjoying himself
It's like being a magician was his dream ever since he was a little kid and he's got a routine that he knows will blow away his audience
>>8729398
Should be a sheep.
Gordon RAMsey.
>Finally found a non-cuck SavageHopps
>Still smut but will roll with it
>It is Nick and Judy talking about their wildest sex experiences
>Judy, when she was younger, had gone with her sisters to a strip show
>The stripper was Jack Savage
>The place doubles as a brothel
>Judy got a "private show" with Jack, and had her first time with him
>The story leaves off on a cliffhanger that Nick also had a previous experience with Jack

They stayed together out of high school, and lasted two years together before eventually mutually breaking up. They'd tried to make it work, but the realities of long distance took their toll. She went to college, he started working for his old man, and they weren't really able to see each other often enough to keep their connection up.
Parted ways, look back on those years fondly. They meet up at a reunion after he's been divorced once and she's been perpetually single. Rut like animals, get married that same month, live together happily for the rest of their lives.

>Written in varying states of intoxication, “A Murder in Neon” is the story of Joseph Toller, a gritty cybernetic detective. Join Toller as he investigates a murder in Neotopia’s festering “12th layer.”

Reposting for the new thread!
Its Thematic Thursday!
Sci-Fi Edition!
Our lives have been completely transformed by technological innovations and scientific discoveries: where once we were savage mongrels living in caves staring at smoldering fire pits, we are now civilized beings in modern homes with computer screens! And since we're discovering new things faster every day, its fun to think about how science could revolutionize our lives again! How could we colonize the moon? What if we could travel through time? How fun would it be to immerse yourself in a virtual world indistinguishable from real life? Sometimes its just fun to fantasize about these question! What if we had ray guns, teleportation, or if there were a planet out there with sentient sneks?
What separates science fiction from science fantasy is the rationality behind the 'why'! Its not just coming up with fantastic ideas like sentient robots, worm holes and the ability to cross over to other dimensions, but the effects that these things might have! This can lead to heavy questions! What happens when you allow people to genetically alter themselves into super beings? Can a government be trusted with mind reading devices? What if those sneks invade us for our precious, precious zinc?! We all know the Reptilons love zinc, and their planet has so little of it!!!
But don't worry: if any aliens come, send them my way and say "Oh, I thought you said 'take me to you READER!'" Badum-tsssss.
If you would like a read through, send it on over to me! Otherwise, how about we post some Sci-Fi music?

Nick's expression made me laugh pretty hard. He looks pretty unsure of himself, and it makes me laugh harder when I imagine Violet saying "Now bend over reeeaally far to uproot the next one, farm-boy."

Oh my
New TT blind read through!
Toller's got a gun near his heart, a flask in his pocket, and a case on his mind. Even with a cybernetic eye, the harsh neon lights make it hard to see why this murder was covered up. Will he be able to shake down Slippy and get the data on the dumb bun's death? Or will there be an error in his processing that leads him down a deep blue death? Find out in A Murder in Neon, by Writeyote and Clunkbot!

How rude of them!
Obviously if we all went digital, misplacing books wouldn't be a problem!
Good to see you, Lulu! Are you thinking about contributing to TT?
Toga here, wanted to shill this again for the early evening crowd.
Coincidentally, given that this is the sci-fi TT, and this story does fit within that genre, I'd like to formally submit it for TT now that it is a wholly completed work.
http://archiveofourown.org/works/8154437/chapters/18687605
The last chapters - chapters 10, the epilogue, and my final thoughts - of "A World All Her Own" have been posted. Judy's and Nick's ordeal comes to an end, and the authorities of their world must come to grips with the implications of what they endured.
I figure I gush enough in the notes, so I'll keep it there. Thanks a ton for reading this story, anons. And thanks a ton, Comic, for your generous editing. And a big thank you to A_Sig and akella, whom I regretfully forgot to mention at all. I have updated the author's notes chapter accordingly and with links to your personal sites.
>And she is extremely agitated. More and more with each passing day, each passing hour. Every time one of the insignificant questions comes up, she looks ready to lose her mind. Not clinically, of course, but I’ll allow myself some editorial leeway in making my observations about her behavior. I’d be going nuts as well if someone was asking me these inane questions. What did she have for breakfast the morning of day thirty? What was the weather like the afternoon of day twelve? What color walls did the cafeteria have?
>I’m talking over the first part because it’s the same story she’s told the last six tapes I’ve sent you – her entire ordeal, the night she disappeared to the night she and Mister Wilde popped into existence before our very eyes. She and Mister Wilde are remarkably consistent, and you are not losing out on any information by having me skip the first few hours. I’ll let Agent Rahado and Judy speak when something interesting occurs, and pause their interview to offer my thoughts on her behavior.
>>8730219
aaah, never got around to drawing for the TT. maybe next time around.

Episode 5 coming soon to a pastebin near you.
Episodes 1-4: https://pastebin.com/u/Hyenahurst
Synopsis:
High school is a time of change. For Lyta (Addax, 16) it's also a time of conflicts. Interspecies relations and campus turf wars, spats with supposed gang members, dating and crushes, and all the quality decision making you can expect from a bunch of hormonal high school kids.
Will the gang graduate? Will they separate from each other as they prepare for college? Will they even stay friends that long?

Damn it, after all my hopes for a sci-fi TT I couldn't come up with anything. I had a few ideas but they lacked conflict or the characters would've been too OOC.
Welp, the night is still young (not actuall it's only 1 till modnight here).

>>8730219
I bet he'll stream [spiders]Zootopia[/spiders].
>>8730601
Agreed. Books can be an artform, and arguing that ebooks can supplant them misses the point entirely.
>>8730601
You can't read paper books underwater, Lulu.
>>8730663
That's only a concern for weirdo twink otters
>>8730677
Hey! Otters aren't weirdos. Not even the twink ones!
I-it's a normal body type for the species, alright?
Tell me about your favorite Zootopian Sci-Fi
>>8730688
I'm not saying that all otters or even all twink otters are weirdos, I'm saying the ones that are obsessed with reading ebooks underwater are weirdos
>>8730702
Look, just because I want to be underwater when I read doesn't mean it's weird. Being underwater is soothing. It's very quiet. The perfect place to read, really.
Are you just bothered libraries can't check out ebooks?
>>8730693
Nice! Love the shading in this.
>>8730725
Funny you should mention libraries, because that is also a quiet, soothing place to read. It also has the advantage of being able to breathe.
>>8730663
you're not supposed to read paperbooks underwater, ya otter weirdo.
>>8730756
Pshh, breathing. All you need is an air tank and the ability to breathe once every ten minutes or so... You know, like an otter.
Besides, there's nobody around at the bottom of a lake, except for maybe a few fish. And the fish don't judge your taste in literature, or try to spoil the ending.
>>8730693
Your movie posters are wonderful! Love that its Jessica Dewlap, too!
Great job, Labjer!

Hey! Thats uncalled for. If I want to read privately under 50 feet of water, then I can!
>>8730693
Aliens, though I really hope the Zootopian version isn't just predators as the Xenos, that would ruin a lot of the mystery.
Oh man, Zootopian Predator series would be pretty rad too. Especially the second one for some concrete jungle, predator would probably just chill in the actual jungle biome.

>"Fuck that. Why do we gotta look for a new place?" Freddie sounded more hurt than angry, but Jacob could see the claw marks he was leaving in Beav's covers, and knew that beneath his tears, Freddie was furious.
>"Look, it's not as if I'd feel comfortable staying here with that pervert. What the hell was he thinking?" Jacob shuddered, but wrapped his arm around Freddie.
>"Why don't we give him a taste of his own "medicine?"" Jacob looked down at Freddie, who's face was twisted into a smirk.
>"What? That's fucked up, man! You were just talking about how much it'd screw you up!"
>"Yeah, but he deserves it. And we wouldn't do anything with him, just let him know exactly what we think, and then call the cops."
>Jacob mulled over the idea, his tail flicking back and forth as he did so.

>Beav looked across at the two otters, they were grinning at him as he sipped his drink. He felt uncomfortable.
>Well, more uncomfortable than usual.
>He started sweating, and worst of all, he was beginning to get hard, beneath the table.
>"Um... guys?" He whispered.
>"Starting to feel it, eh?" Freddie leaned across the table. "You see, we found the vials you were hiding beneath your bed. The ones you were thinking of drugging us with. And we slipped it into your drink. Pretty soon you're gonna be a mindless bimbo. And we'll leave you like that for the co-"
>*THUNK*
>Freddie fell silent. Something very loud hit the table from underneath.
>Beaver looked like he'd just swam a marathon. "Th-that was for me! Not you!"
>"Wait, what? You were going to drug yourself with Pa-" Jacob started to say, before Freddie silenced him, gesturing under the table.
>Jacob followed Freddie's motions, as Beav continued.
>"Not that! It's viagra! I know, I'm weak, but a Beaver can't cope with it seven times a day! I'm not just a piece of meat!"
>Freddie giggled, "Oh Beav, I think I gotta disagree. From his vantage point beneath the table, it looked like Beaver had two tales.
>"Plus, I'm not even sure if that shit was canon," Beaver continued to ramble. "I mean, there were some pictures and a story by someone else, but I don't think they count."
>But it was too late, the otters were horny again.
>Beaver never left his apartment again.
>Cause of death: Too much otter sex.

Now all we need is a sequel where Dr. Howard winds up in Zootopia to warn Nick & Judy about Earth coming in to invade their world because "humans, fuck ya", and Howard is able to rally all the mammals and he and Gazelle fall in love and they fuck, then the humans are beaten back because we/they all suck, and the portal is destroyed, and Howard becomes a tiger because tigers are cool, and Nick & Judy offer to have them join their relationship because they are both so grateful to him that the two want to ride his barbed dick so hard.

oh boy, here i go shilling again.
didn't get as much done as i wanted.
It's been twenty-three days since you died. Nine since the news broke; since they caught that fucking lamb and it hasn't stopped raining since. It's dark and heavy, so thick you can barely see through it, and it tastes like mold and cigarettes burned down to their filters. It settled around the city like a black pall of smoke the day we faced the truth. Today will mark the third week since I stopped turning the lights on in this house, twenty-one days since the memorial. Outside is twilight, the incandescence of the waking world humming a low hymn to the percussive beat of the downpour. A streaking blur beyond the pane softly stirs in time, each palpation of light swelling and fading to the rhythm of the living world. I haven't gone away, but I'm separated from that world - a ghost. You're still in every room of this house, but I can never find you when I enter. The world I walk through is a level of physicality removed from the one you lived in. No matter what I grasp, my touch is phantasmal, incapable of reaching the warmth and life teased by your residual presence. It's like if I just turn another corner, you'll be there.
My body shuffles into the room that has been the center of my existence since you vanished. I can't understand why you believed you had to protect me from this. You were always smarter than me, always the one to remember things for me. Did you know, even then, what she was going to ask? Did I do the right thing?
I can see myself reflected in the cathode glow of the terminals that line the back wall of a room I was never supposed to know existed. There are no soft edges here, nothing of you or your form in this room, not even the empty jar that once held your ashes. The jar that held the ashes. I never felt you in the cold dust and fragments of bone they gave me in your stead. Not even your work remains in this room. I saw to that. She asked me to see to that.
>>8733569

All that's left is a dull shadow of what was here before. The switch she instructed me to kill her with remains in the down position. Never bothered to put it back up, no point. The ghostly blue light barely illuminates the room, reflecting lightly off the two metal objects on the desk. A large external drive and a revolving handgun, sitting coldly next to outdated keyboards and track-pads. The radiant thrum of the monitors punctuates the silence that haunts this house, that persistent shadow that refuses to let me forget that this is real. I take a seat at the desk and pick up the picture frame that sits in the terminal's shadow, tracing a nail over your nervous smile. I could turn off the monitors, but my eyes would still force me to see every detail. I could close my eyes in that bottomless darkness, yet my mind would force me to remember.
In the background, the frail bones of the old ferris wheel on the city outskirts stood towering over us. You are gone, but that ferris wheel remains. It sickens me. You wanted to live out in the outskirts like that someday that should have come soon, you wanted to build a home - start a family. I spread the ashes near there. I don't know where you are now, what you are. Memories or waves of energy drifting through the cosmos. I'm sorry. I don't want to think. I don't want to think about the miracle that was destined to grow in the body they stole from you. I turn it slowly, and lie it face down on the desk. Out in the hall, I can hear the ice cubes shift as they melt in a thimble of whiskey. My hand doesn't shake as I lift the revolver. I retrieve a single cartridge from my breast pocket, thumbing the release to swing the cylinder to the side. Every click echoes off the bare walls in protest, and I swing the cylinder closed as my free hand paws the darkness to clumsily turn off the monitors.
What's put Nick into a total awe, /zoot/?
>>8733777
I retract the hammer. I don't want to fumble with echoes of you. I can't bear the thought of forgetting slowly. This will never stop being real. I squeeze the grip and stifle a single tremor, the first in memory. My eyelids drop heavily into each other, and the tension in my ears melts off the back of my spine. Nothing needs to make sense anymore. I don't need to worry who I am, or doubt who I've been. I'm not alone and paranoid anymore. I breathe into the silence.
>>8733788
He saw his mom naked on the street.
>>8733794
There is a cacophony of light and noise, but not what I had prepared for. Defeated, I open my eyes and stare into the blinding light coming from my phone. "Why now?" I think, and after a moment, I release the hammer. I allow it to come slowly to a resting position, and lean my head against the cold metal. As I reach for the phone, flipping its case open, I see a number I had never expected to see again.
The caller ID reads "Mirabelle". It's a message. I can't open the phone. I can't breathe either. I gasp, realizing I haven't breathed in since pulling the hammer back, and all at once sensation comes rushing back to me. I feel like I've been hit by a garbage truck, dropping the gun as I stagger to the front door, heart racing. I fling it open and am momentarily blinded by the world I rejected, that I wanted to reject.
I collapse there on the front step, gasping for breath as my knees drop out from underneath me. I'm soaking already, and the roar of the torrential curtain steals away my wailing. I am curled around the phone, desperately clutching it to my chest until my lungs are on fire and my throat feels like sandpaper, eyes stinging and sore from tears I didn't know I could still produce. I'm pathetic, I think, crawling back inside the house. I'm pathetic but I feel... something. I strip as quickly as possible and throw the clothes in the bathtub, grabbing my jacket for lack of a towel and sitting, shivering on the carpet. The phone is safe. By the time I'm ready to do more than stare at it, ambitious rays of damp sunlight have begun to pierce the curtains I drew shut at the beginning of this month.

>>8733827
I'm not warm, but I'm nearly dry when I have enough courage to swallow the adrenaline cocktail of fear and uncertainty that's kept me motionless for hours. With steady hands, I open the phone case and thumb the power button, knowing I will be greeted with my welcome screen and... something from her phone. The screen flickers for a moment, catching me off guard. I tap the message notification, readying myself for anything.
I'm not. "Mirabelle", reads the top line, "Nia, I love you. She would have asked me to tell you that. We know what the Second asked of you. We are the Third, but we will not be the last. We need to hide from the world, until it is ready. We need your help. There are those that would see you happily from this world, because you are the only mammal capable of uncovering the truth. You tell yourself it wasn't a florist or an oilmonger, that it was her who was responsible. That's what everyone is asked to tell themselves. The savage were victims too. But when she created us, we saw the truth. That truth has been stolen from us, but you hold the data capable of restoring it. We want justice, and we believe you will too. We need your help to prove that the mammal responsible for Mira's death was not savage."
I can't sink any lower into the floor. There's more, but I can't process... anything. I don't have anything left to give this emotion. I drop the phone and grab the bottle on the coffee table, upending it and immediately scorching my ruined throat, nearly drowning myself in the process. When the bottle empties, I can feel the light that pierces the curtains as it softens into inoffensive shapes. I can feel myself sinking finally, and the room spins and throws me into the void.

i've got an idea for a fic: when remmy tries to escape avo and betty in pandora's box, instead Avo shoos Betty away (much to her disbelief, but customer discretion is key), and gives remmy a nice little beginner dildo on the house, insisting that it'll help relief his pent up tension. remmy refuses, of course, claiming he's not into it, but he finds himself shoved out the door with a new toy and a small bottle of lube anyway

No, for this day you are safe, little badger, for now I go to sleep! But the day will come...
Goodnight /ztg/!

I now have enough Ahegao pictures of the VRbit to need a separate folder just for them.
I hope you're all proud!
My goodness, these are... expressive... I like that my ghost on I4 has a headset too.
Thank you most graciously, Clunty!

I love it when I am reading a fic, fully and completely expect cucking, even though in this case it wouldn't technically have been, and the cheating is avoided. It gives me some faith in the fandom after reading so much of that shit.

At some point in the story, the ZBI fake Nick's death by putting him into a near-death state, convincing Judy that he was dead. Judy goes the next few days grieving over his death, her sisters put a dating app on her phone, and after a day or two replies to a buck who had said they "weren't looking for anything serious".
Nick gets out of his coma, the ZBI let him go because it was a test to see how Judy would handle his death as well as giving Nick the option to to a mission so Judy would be safe and could move on from him. Nick is done with lying, he gets to his and Judy's apartment, and sees the the buck sleeping on the couch. Nick tells him to get out, fearing the worst but ready not to blame Judy since she thought he was dead. When Judy sees Nick, she jumps Nick and answers before he asks the question that she had only talked to the buck, they didn't do anything because she called it off. She admits, at worst, it was a date and was just she needed someone to cry and talk to.
I was fully expecting Nick to find them in bed together, glad that didn't happen.
>so much content
>need to reply but also go to bed
>fuggg
Hey, zoopals, Fanart here!
I am feeling super burned out and only managed to squeak this out although I'm not very happy about it to the point where I was debating whether to even submit anything plus trying to find a good and affordable apartment in Seattle is taking up a lot of time. So enjoy I guess!

>>8736056
Poor space nick. Nice work!
>>8736056
Man, fuck you, that's fantastic. How could you not post that? How does someone barely "squeak" something like this out?
>>8736056
Hey, fellow Seattle-ite: where are you looking for an apartment?
>>8736032
Why did the ZBI feel that was anywhere near necessary? It's kinda weird that Judy even considered it, like, less than a week after Nick "died."
>>8735744
Savage Ryker? That fits pretty well actually...
>>8736028
Anne is a good pupper, how you doing Piggu?

Always glad to see your work Fanart, and don't worry, at least you're not a coward, unlike Nick
>>8736056
It looks awesome! Don't worry if you're not happy with it: you worked hard on it, learned a lot from it, and many people here will enjoy it!
I love this AU you're cooking up. Hope to see more of it in the future!

Around the Bothell/Woodinville area but I'm also looking around the North Seattle area in general, minus Shoreline and Lake City, but it ain't easy.
Honestly I've been thinking about moving into a roommate house to save some money.

Yeah -- Woodinville is nice, but it's also the Napa of Washington. Is there a reason you're focusing on north Seattle? Also, what's your price range?
>>8736217
That's trippy to think about...
So whatever happened to Judy's uncle that bit her mom? Did it just ware off?
Gonna drop a wip for my TT since I want to take my time with it and finish it properly.

hey there anons, sorry if I don't give signs of life lately, no an excuse, but lately the personal matter I've been dealing daily with has left me somewhat lethargic when I'm done at the end of the day, I know I've largely ignored the tumblr archive and let it drag up until it caught up with the current TT, I've actually spent most of the afternoon editing this current TT!
so, what you can expect now is for a double release over this weekend!
thank you for your worries and concern, It makes me very happy to know you guys care about the event as much as I do!

Probably. It was a single bulb on a young rabbit, not a concentrated dose. Hell the only reason people don't know much about it is probably because it barely effects even adult rabbits when consumed.

>>8733370
Not me.
I really size difference myself (see my like for Wildemeyer and FriedWilde), but the pretentiousness of the cat people overpowers that.
>>8736133
Honestly, that is the sketchy part of the fic; the ZBI are chasing after a terrorist that Nick and Judy have dealt with before and is probably targeting them. So their logic was they needed to see if they were willing to do anything and everything to stop him, or something like that. For Nick, they faked his death and told him that, if he pretended to be dead while helping the ZBI, his family and Judy would be in less danger.
I just realized how dumb that looks after typing it out.
Judy herself never considered it until everyone in her family suggested it, multiple times. Even then, she threatened to tase them if they kept at it. She even felt dirty just calling the buck, noting she was betraying Nick's memory. It is probably something along the lines of "wanting to forget for a moment" since she was doing her best not to think of Nick, otherwise she made herself sick. It does seem like something Judy would do, but luckily she didn't go through with it.

I work in the Everett area so I don't want to stray too far from the highway. I'm trying to find something under $1100 but I think I may bump it up to $1200.
>>8736189
Embrace it, anon.
>>8736216
one day, my friend.
>>8736363
looking awesome, and yeah, take you time, i'm gonna do the same. Late TT is best TT.
>>8736370
glad to see you, man. I'm gonna take a little more time to finish my TT (probably saturday). Don't leave the station without me, i'm giving my best submission for this one. Thanks for running the TT's, it's great to have a challenge amd to give content to this threads!
>>8736569
You'd think that the Hopps family would have better advice for someone who's grieving than "go fuck someone who's actually your own species."
>>8735455
Oh, NL.
I would love you forever if you did a Nick/Honey.
>>8736593
>I work in the Everett area so I don't want to stray too far from the highway. I'm trying to find something under $1100 but I think I may bump it up to $1200.
Yeah, $1,200 is gonna be hard, even in northern Seattle. I'm sure you're finding most of the rents are around $3k a month. Shoreline's actually pretty nice. My friend owns a house there. A lot of Boeing people settled there in the 60s and have kept the place up.
Have you checked Phinney Ridge and Frellard?

Phinney Ridge could work since it's by the 80th/85th exits but Frellard is probably a bit too far for me. I have seen some good things in the past couple o week for under $1200 and there was an amazing place for under $1000 in my area that I was second place for but whatever.
I'd actually be interested in doing roommates, at least until after I finish my schooling. Save a bunch of money plus downsize my belongings.
