Thinking about it more is hitting me with more nostalgia/sadness. This general has changed beyond anything I ever imagined, and while I'm filled with immense joy, I also feel a persistent pain at the knowledge that some anons have left and may never come back. That some moments are lost to us all. Why did I let myself get so involved with this fandom. I legitimately thought it would only last 8-10 months. But its been a years. I'm still here and I've changed so much. I foresaw this coming, the pain of loss.

When I think about all the past threads, the ones that you'd have to spend an hour on the archives to even find, I find that I weep only slightly, at all the anons who are not only gone...but are still here.

I've never been so involved with a community before. I honestly don't know if I ever will be again.

I fear for the future. When this place dies or I must leave. Its stupid, but I think I feel some legitimate uncertainty when I imagine life without this place.

Except that most people were willing to go with I.S. until Max fell out of the ugly tree, smacking every branch on the way down, and fucking became the main character.

People were willing to go with Zistopia because, despite the fact that NW obviously didn't script anything out and relied heavily on the deleted script, some of the original things seemed great.

Then NW somehow became simultaneously overambitious and lazy and ruined a fun ride with condescending tumblr politics that pleased no one but people who honestly believe in said tumblr politics.

Hell, Dogear, an H doujin artist, has made several Zootopia books, and the latest had zero lewd and was actually comfy.

Ok, so, I got bored.
And memes happened.

I'm sure most of you (if not all of you) have heard 'You reposted in the wrong neighborhood' and all the spin off memes. (Basically people would remix people talking/singing to form another song to the melody of a different, pre set song that I don't remember the name of)

Yeah, so like I said, I got bored, and I made a Pandora version. It's kinda short, but about the same length as some of the other ones. Mostly because I did this in like a few hours and only using direct quotes taken from Weaver's stories, and the Tiger Oil comic, minus the joke page. I cut off certain words at the beginning or ends of sentences, but nothing in between, so every word of the lyrics was exactly quoted from Pandora. (Except the 'two to the one, from the one to the three' part, because she never counts in any of the stories.)

This can lead to heavy questions! What happens when you allow people to genetically alter themselves into super beings? Can a government be trusted with mind reading devices? What if those sneks invade us for our precious, precious zinc?! We all know the Reptilons love zinc, and their planet has so little of it!!!
