I feel like a loser because, in the three times I've done Proximity, I always end up falling to the ground and just running through it the bottom route. It's all the same, I know, but I feel like the game is taunting me. It's just so dark and I end up mistiming my jumps.

Good morning /nitwg/.

I beat the game with the new patch. Practically did it 100%. I didn't explore every roof on every day, but I talked to everybody and got all of their endings. I didn't see anything that was added with this patch. Is it possible they shoved some new NPC on top of some random rooftop on a day I didn't check? Maybe. But I think we're better off waiting for the assets to be extracted to see what changes were made. If any changes WERE made.

I only need four more achievements to get them all. Two are demontower, which I never really played much. The other is for beating the game twice - I actually beat it several times on PS4, but switched to Steam to get the patches more quickly. Which makes the final achievement the all doodles one.

Do I need to pick each of Gregg's mascot heads separately for the doodle pic, since there's a doodle for each of them? Seems fucking tedious.

Here is that drawing. I don't think the artist knew about the game before, but all things considered, it turned out okay. Perhaps the dirt could be... dirtier, and I think Lori's jacket has a hood in the game. This doesn't quite look like a hood, but hey, Lori's jacket isn't the focal point of the piece. It's just meant to be a cute thing because I like cute things - and I think Mae and Lori are a really cute couple.

It'll probably be a good while before I ever pay for another drawing. I have too many expenses and I have to save up for a few big ticket items.

The artist's work is something of a mixed bag. I found their general style really cute, but there are a lot of creepy-bad drawings that are a by-product of an artist accepting OC commissions. I suspect most people here would be repulsed by some of the work he's done, which is why I never mentioned who it was.

The artist is Onzeno. His stuff that's based on actual existing characters is really cute, like the mouse girl from Capitol Critters. I know it's not NITW; please don't lynch me for posting an example.

Honestly, the main reason I went with him is because he actually drew Lantu and Sally from Rainbow Cat & Blue Rabbit. I pushed that cartoon hard on /co/ and /trash/ in January. I will say one last thing about this ordeal. I'm not sure how most artists do commissions, but this guy gives you a sample sketch before you actually pay him. I think that's a pretty cool thing, so that you at least get a general sense of what you're paying for. If you're not happy with it, you can walk away with no obligations.
