I'm not sure any TV channel would take it; 3-minute short cartoons don't really fit anywhere, unless you remove commercials. Only channel I've ever seen short cartoons on is Nicktoons, and that was nearly a decade ago.

If anything, they'd likely just make an official Telemonster YouTube channel and upload the episodes there.

also MBC already has an american branch that airs korean shows here, though i am unsure as to which cable providers have it or what their schedule is like. i asked them on twitter if MBC America plays telemonster and they didn't respond.
