Hard to say. Life isn't too bad, but shit's piling up fast. I'm worried that my GPA might drop after this term, and if it does I'll have to spend more time in community to bring it back up. What? Proto-Nick was a much better character, but in character and quality. He didn't let life get him down, he went and built the park of his dreams, and had the balls to break out of jail and have an adventure and saving Judy, even with the collar being a permanent theat. He was much more deserving of sympathy, he actually deserves the title of hero. "Tragic" is too strong a word, but compare it to Nick 1.0: he let his childhood trauma and social expectations dictate his entire life for him, seems to have no friends, no home and lives off scams and petty crime. I mean, come on. Nick is the character that got shafted the most with the change of script.

I have him at 18ish in the draft, but I'm not sure if that will stick. It helps some aspects, but it does hurt others. I think 25 might be too old for his personality and lifestyle for him to act in certain ways, maybe 22 is a good compromise between the two?

I'm not sure yet. But I've been feeling good, so putting pen to paper was pretty easy, and it's easier to get feedback and figure it out from there.
