Ok, let's see if I can help.
First thing, when you make a new file, increase the pixel density (dpi). As you can see it seems very grainy because of low resolution.
Talking about the drawings: you seem to have good enough line control, however you have to be a little more careful (the zoom is not a bug, but a feature!) when erasing near the conjunction lines. Try drawing a single line, drawabox.com helps.
The tridimensional effect is good, as the placement of elements. However they seem a little flat. This is because you try to place them on the surface, like stickers. Create bumps for the nose, make those eyes a little more vertical!
Every single element of a face is tridimensional.
And, as usual, draw, draw, draw.
You have a decent grasp of the basics, it's time to continue

I do. I felt the characters were kinda flat. I know we had to take time to develop all of them and their motivation, and what brought them to the competition, but that just meant each of them were that much thinner. And the "Everyone decided to sing because they love the craft" ending is kinda played out.
