For me, I'd love to see Jake as huge as he is in >>8651339 at least.

For details, maybe have him wearing a tight shirt that is ripping at the seams, pants that are also about to rip apart with fat squeezing out from the seams. Maybe have him be a bit of a messy eater with some food stains of his shirt or dripping down his belly. Also would recommend having a clean version as well if you do decide on having him be a little messy.
