Given the limited combat options I dunno how to best do it. Idea would be Astral Attacks would only do 1 damage because he'd have 99 Mentality, so you couldn't burst him down with magic which can't miss, and he'd have high dodge so physical attacks can't land.

And he'd be immune to Nightmare Eyes/Red Eyes and the gang would refuse to use fireworks on him or anything like that.
Oh I also figured he'd be the guy to sell you Fireworks and stuff once you reach a certain point in the story.

If you beat him you get his Yo-Yo and some free Fireworks.

From what I can see a big part of it is severe dissociation, she has trouble discerning what's real sometimes, and what is real doesn't seem right, hence why "it's all just shapes." I mean, even though I got labeled with dissociation it didn't make much of a difference since they still gave me mood stabilizers meant for bipolar disorder until they kinda just said "fuck it" and threw me on a high dosage of a powerful anti-psychotic and cut me off because they couldn't bother to figure me out.
Got a new doc a couple months later and they redid me as some kind of schizophrenia, but told me that term probably isn't 100% accurate.
Honestly I don't think it's possible to find a term that's 100% accurate for any one single case, just gotta find the one that fits best, and from that definition you gave you're probably as right as you can get with depersonalization disorder.

I've never been diagnosed with anything but occasionally when I'm extremely tired and / or stressed I get this weird feeling like I'm drawn back from my field of view and watching what's going on through a movie screen.
