>>8376866
That's because older women know what the hell they're doing.
WE HAVE MADE A MISTAKE
Fifth for Porn Street Tiger Oil Ending!
Go back. We have to go back! Back to a time when we could dream of a sweet and blissful fucking session with a Tiger and a Sheep.
>>8376893
Not always. Sometimes they're just prude old virgins.

INTO A MIRACLE
Jerboas are cute! CUTE!
>>8376743
Would Doug really take the risk of hurting a sheep though? I know he's probably ok with collateral damage, but damage to a sheep?
>>8376929
Possibly, but given the situation he might write Remmy off as a species traitor.

Epilogue where savage Pandora is just guarding her lil Marshmallow from any harm please, weav?
>>8376903
Let me tell you a story 'bout a ram named Rem,
Surrounded by jerks but slowly warming up to them.
One afternoon he slid up something nice and snug,
In from the window peered a sniper named Doug.
(An asshole, that is. Speciesist, gun for hire)
>>8376944
It depends on if this is pre-or-post revelation.
If after, sure no problem.
If before, well... he does pride himself on being a good shot.
WE MUST ACCEPT WHAT WE HAVE WROUGHT
WE MUST REAP WHAT WE SOW
WE MUST EMBRACE THIS FETID DARKNESS

Doug is a professional
Nice one, Weaver, I guess it is an AU where Remmy arrived earlier at Pandora in Savages?
Still, time to think of the future.
Lewd requests. Now.
Doug is a crush of mine, I wonder if that's actually him or just another operative/rusing.
Of course this is supposed to be a one-off what-if right?
Benjamin Franklin, Advice to a Young Man on the Choice of a Mistress (1745).
June 25, 1745
My dear Friend,
I know of no Medicine fit to diminish the violent natural Inclinations you mention; and if I did, I think I should not communicate it to you. Marriage is the proper Remedy. It is the most natural State of Man, and therefore the State in which you are most likely to find solid Happiness. Your Reasons against entering into it at present, appear to me not well-founded. The circumstantial Advantages you have in View by postponing it, are not only uncertain, but they are small in comparison with that of the Thing itself, the being married and settled. It is the Man and Woman united that make the compleat human Being. Separate, she wants his Force of Body and Strength of Reason; he, her Softness, Sensibility and acute Discernment. Together they are more likely to succeed in the World. A single Man has not nearly the Value he would have in that State of Union. He is an incomplete Animal. He resembles the odd Half of a Pair of Scissars. If you get a prudent healthy Wife, your Industry in your Profession, with her good Economy, will be a Fortune sufficient.
But if you will not take this Counsel, and persist in thinking a Commerce with the Sex inevitable, then I repeat my former Advice, that in all your Amours you should prefer old Women to young ones. You call this a Paradox, and demand my Reasons. They are these:
i. Because as they have more Knowledge of the World and their Minds are better stor'd with Observations, their Conversation is more improving and more lastingly agreable.

2. Because when Women cease to be handsome, they study to be good. To maintain their Influence over Men, they supply the Diminution of Beauty by an Augmentation of Utility. They learn to do a 1000 Services small and great, and are the most tender and useful of all Friends when you are sick. Thus they continue amiable. And hence there is hardly such a thing to be found as an old Woman who is not a good Woman.
3. Because there is no hazard of Children, which irregularly produc'd may be attended with much Inconvenience.
4. Because thro' more Experience, they are more prudent and discreet in conducting an Intrigue to prevent Suspicion. The Commerce with them is therefore safer with regard to your Reputation. And with regard to theirs, if the Affair should happen to be known, considerate People might be rather inclin'd to excuse an old Woman who would kindly take care of a young Man, form his Manners by her good Counsels, and prevent his ruining his Health and Fortune among mercenary Prostitutes.
5. Because in every Animal that walks upright, the Deficiency of the Fluids that fill the Muscles appears first in the highest Part: The Face first grows lank and wrinkled; then the Neck; then the Breast and Arms; the lower Parts continuing to the last as plump as ever: So that covering all above with a Basket, and regarding2 only what is below the Girdle, it is impossible of two Women to know an old from a young one. And as in the dark all Cats are grey, the Pleasure of corporal Enjoyment with an old Woman is at least equal, and frequently superior, every Knack being by Practice capable of Improvement.
6. Because the Sin is less. The debauching a Virgin may be her Ruin, and make her for Life unhappy.
7. Because the Compunction is less. The having made a young Girl miserable may give you frequent bitter Reflections; none of which can attend the making an old Woman happy.

That's the beauty of early-modern English
There's no way to write something "smoothly" so the only way to speak is clinical. However, those clinical words much more distinctly describe their message and seem more deliberate and real because of it.

Ripped straight from the wiki:
"The North American river otter is a stocky animal of 5 to 14 kilograms (11 to 31 lb), with short legs, a muscular neck no smaller than the head, and an elongated body that is broadest at the hips. An average adult male weighs about 11.3 kilograms (25 lb) against the female's average of 8.3 kilograms (18 lb). Its body length ranges from 66 to 107 centimetres (26 to 42 in). About one-third of the animal's total length consists of a long, tapered tail. Tail lengths range from 30 to 50 centimetres (12 to 20 in). Large male North American river otters can exceed a weight of 15 kilograms (33 lb). It differs from the European otter by its longer neck, narrower visage, the smaller space between the ears and its shorter tail"

Weaver posted a joke page to his new comic.
Translator/Typesetter anon finished another set of comic pages.
Everyone's gay now. Especially you.
Do you think Nick is bitter? Like the kind of person who'd hold something against someone for a long time? I don't mean something like Judy speech after they already had both apologized, I mean he and someone got in a fight and later said person asked for help, he wonders if said person is trying to screw him up and is paranoid about their true intentions.
>>8379536
Weaver has been dropping a new pack street comic about Remmy and Dora the pretty tiger, Inky had a cool stream and Nobby drew a cute bat. There are probably lots of other things but those are what come to mind at the moment.
>>8379331
Err, here is the thing about that;
"On average, adults (red foxes) measure 35–50 cm (14–20 in) high at the shoulder and 45–90 cm (18–35 in) in body length "with" tails measuring 30–55.5 cm (11.8–21.9 in)."
The tails of the red fox don't count towards the body length, so they have a body length of 18-35 inches from neck to rear, not neck to tail tip.
>>8379336
>About one-third of the animal's total length consists of a long, tapered tail. Tail lengths range from 30 to 50 centimetres (12 to 20 in).
So if an otter was at it's max body length, 42 inches, 14 inches of that would be the tail, and 28 of that would be the actual body. Which would fit just about right with Emmitt, since he looks just a little bit bigger than Judy (who we have estimated is 2'4-2'6).

>There were rules for the ZPD's locker rooms, and not just the written ones.
>While you were in there, you didn't talk unless you had to - and you pretended you couldn't see anything.
>It was the only way a co-ed system worked.
>And for the most part, it worked well. Detective Hopps had been doing this for too long to be distracted by what was just another aspect of the job.
>But today, for the first time in close to a decade, it wasn't working.
>Wilde was in here, fresh out of the showers, in nothing but the towel around his waist-
>And he either didn't know she was staring in the mirror by the ranks of sinks across the room, or he didn't care.
>But stare she did, as he crossed to his locker by the bench. He didn't acknowledge her - and why would he? He was just following the rules. The sound of her paws in the running water wouldn't draw his attention.
>She watched as he rummaged in his bag. The russet in his coat ran all the way up his back.
>She watched as he juggled bracers and belt pouches, in big, big paws that he was still growing all the way into.
>And she watched - in flagrant, reckless violation of those rules - as the towel slipped off his hips and he bent to pull his shorts on. It lifted his tail, and for one brief moment Judy could see a flash of creamier fur-
>The near door banged open and she nearly leapt out of her uniform. SWAT was back from training early.
>It got Nick's attention, too. His ears rotated and he started to turn his head, and Judy tore her gaze away.
>Her paws were clean. They'd been clean two minutes ago. She reached for the tap, and the towels.
>She couldn't help one last peek, as she passed by for the door.
>And she nearly froze again, when Nick looked up from where he was pulling his pants on and locked eyes with her. There was something in his expression.
>Was she imagining it? Was she that rattled?
>He couldn't know.
>Could he?
>If he did, he wasn't going to say anything.

It depends on what they fought on, what was said, etc. If it was just a verbal argument, no money was lost, no agreements were broken, nothing personal, just a fight over something I could see Nick being snarky but he would still help. Someone asked for the entire collection: http://pastebin.com/VEN4cXNX
>Name: Hunse Lirgen
>Age: 26
>Species: Lechwe (antelope)
>Occupation: Prison officer
>Home address: Rainbowfals, Rainforest district
>Work address: Zootopia Penitentiary, Meadowlands
>It is uncommon for children of a career criminal to pursue uniformed services career, much less becoming a prison officer
>Perhaps due to detachment from his late father, who died in prison 15 years ago, Hunse avoided getting himself involved into dealings with his father's company
>Maybe there was more to it, though it was clear Hunse was unsuitable for the job
>Unlike what one could expect, he didn't become an officer to prove something to someone, "redeem" perceived faults of his father or make a world a better place (not to mention correctional facilities are the least likely place to change the world for the better, but that's another story)
>His choice of career was nothing more than a result of several mundane coincidences and his unconscious decision to drift with the current
>Hunse was miserable
>Empathy is probably the worst quality for an officer in a high-security prison to have
>The few years he has spent on the job did nothing to diminish his innate softness
>His gentle - considering the prevailing conditions - manners and attitude stood out as much as his smaller bulk among much larger colleagues
>Where they saw an opportunity to exercise strength and abuse power, he'd look for a way to reach the inmates
>Where his fellow officers saw the dregs of society, he'd see a wasted potential
>Sometimes at home in the middle of the night he'd find himself lying in his bed, imagining better lives for some of the prisoners, plotting nothing but happy endings for everyone
>He finds himself browsing job ads increasingly often, though with infamy attached to his last name he does have little choice but to move to a different district if he wishes to escape the all-enveloping misery of the prison walls.
This is actually more tangential to what I was talking about before, but whatever, I might as well post it here and now:

I've just finished reading it, and I can only assume it's from a few years down the line. I was honestly confused as to why Hugh would live on Pack Street until I realized that. At present he only works there.
The job you gave him was quite interesting, and one I could see him having at some point, provided you don't need a college education for it. It was kind of neat.
I can't really gauge how well you wrote Betty, but my only criticism is the skunk felt overly wordy to me. Again considering with what little there is to offer in terms of lore for the shorties, this is completely fair. He seemed to speak more 'professionally'(?) than he normally does, but considering he has the job he does, that would probably make sense.
Not enough there for me to make a solid judgement, but I'm at least interested in seeing where it goes.

tl ; dr of the story:
Nick and Judy encounter a group of naturalist mammals doing lewd things outdoors. They're freaked out. They go to arrest the ring leader. He blows a bunch of dicks at once and they're mentally traumatized by the sight, and the nudist guy says that he's already done "community service". Very ending shows Judy with Violet, and the bunny has PTSD about camping and the outdoors.

>>8382303
Wait, didn't someone ask for Mint somewhere along the line?
If not, could you add him to the list too, please?
>>8382115
Well there was the one fic A Small Thumb in the Fox Pie, where it starts out kinda sweet and then stumbles into a clumsy gag about Gideon having a small dick and being a one-pump chump, and then ends with the POV character having Judy sabotage Gideon's truck, because apparently being bad at sex justifies totaling someone's truck and potentially harming them, not to mention there's no reason given why Judy is helping her do this as she's never mentioned before this scene.
And to top it off, it ends with the POV OC saying "it's called a hustle, sweetheart".
And the other was Nick Wilde's Special Sauce... Hoo boy...
Like I said, I think Pseudo is a talented guy, but he seems to be making a few missteps lately with stories like those.

"Suckin' at something is the first step to being sorta good at something."

>>8382449
>>8382482
"En Plein Air", "Nick Wilde's Special Sauce", and "A Small Thumb in the Fox Pie" were all connected to TT things, I believe. And I think that all of them were an attempt to do a tonal evolution thing where I start one place and move another place.
Something that I know well but haven't really ever overcome is that even though I love writing, I have an incredibly difficult time coming up with a coherent kind of "arc". Things happen in an order, and I love making scenes, but past a certain point, I get antsy. So, I like the idea of trying to push something that hits out of left field.
>>8382440
We know we're furries. We just think we're the best amongst them.

>>8382638
>it'll probably come to you if you spend time walking around in your room. i've noticed that ideas come more readily when you're walking around.

>>8382766

>>8382730
I make mental outlines. Writing those down in an explicit fashion seems to only muddle things. A lot of the writing is just going with the flow since I think very strongly of things in cinematic and emotional terms. Basically, I see the movie in my head, hearing things, and let it just go on. At a certain point, I stop and run through the details more closely of what just happened.
Also I'm sorry I've been away, I'm pretty sick today.
>>8381642
Heya buddy,
I promise that if you do send me something, I won't be on the look-out to destroy it for my own pleasure or the pleasure of others. The worst thing I can do is offer to do a read through of someone's work and not point out problems as they arise: it'd be just as bad as not pointing out what works and just railing on it.
Let me promise anyone who might think I rip everything apart or just praise it emptily as a pat-on-the-back: all my read throughs are done with one goal in mind, and that's to make the piece and the writer better. . I'm not a riff track: I don't find any pleasure in bashing someone for writing something 'bad', nor do I think its funny to dress someone down for making art and putting it out in front of an audience.
If you ever want to send me anything, feel free to.

whatever works, i guess. i've never really used outlines, unless for a lengthy mutli-chapter fic
>I think very strongly of things in cinematic and emotional terms
funny, that's almost exactly how i view things. plotholes and inconsistencies don't bother me so much as long as there is an emotional core, something that drives the story in a compelling and interesting way. i write based on instinct, what comes to me naturally, which is also something i'm learning to use in drawing

>Who are you? What should we know about you and your work?
I'm Toga, and I tend to be all over the place in what I write. I use mostly third person, but dabble occasionally in 1st person, with my on-going fic (AWAHO) being entirely 1st person. Big fan of science fiction overall, but I have a hard time translating that into Zootopia, so I stick to more contemporary topics or situations.
>How long have you been here? What brought you to /trash/ or /co/?
I was here since late March of 2016. Came here before I saw the movie because of all the hullabaloo the film was getting, stuck around because I REALLY liked the idea of a fox and rabbit ending up together. I'm a pretty bad shipper; I get sucked into fictional relationships easily if they appeal to me or resemble the type of relationship I would want. Interestingly, I ended up not seeing the movie until late April and SOMEHOW never had the film really spoiled for me.
>What is your association with other content creators? Have you colaborate dwith anyone?
The only other CC I regularly interact with is Comic; he critiques my in-progress chapters of AWAHO and suggests edits. The story would be worse off without him, I can safely say that. As for collabs, not really. The only thing I've done involving someone else's work was Split Decision, which was a 1st person account of Nick's thoughts before he goes to rescue July from Eyetooth Bridge in Mead's comic, but he had no input on it.
>Where did you get the idea for "A World All Her Own", arguably your most popular fic?
The thread inevitably came to the discussion of a human in zootopia and the general malignancy such a premise usually brings, and how often it's a plot device used for self-inserts to fuck their favorite characters. I and a few other anons began tossing the idea back and forth of the opposite: a zootopian stuck on Earth. I greentexted a one (or two?) post thing that had a scientist describing Nick and it snowballed from there.

By original design, anyway.
In Sunny Day, he was just an ordinary hormone-driven bunny buck.
Apparently people were worried about me. I'll be honest it's been so long I didn't really think anyone would remember me. I'm okay, just been going through some tough times recently. Things are working out, but you know how personal life shit goes.
And Comic, if you're reading this, I'm sorry I haven't been in contact. Life's been kinda shit recently and I haven't really had the time or motivation to do much other than life stuff. I'm really sorry that I let you down.
>>8383173
>What was your favorite TT so far? Which was the hardest?
Favorite was Cyberpunk TT, for which I submitted Natural Symmetry. Big fan of sci-fi, as I mentioned earlier. The hardest was probably Baby Steps for the species differences TT, because I wanted Nick and Judy to have the discussion of adoption and the different ways foxes and bunnies see kids. I ended up more or less liking how it came out, but it felt kind of contrived and kind of came across as flat because you don't get Nick's opinion of what having a family means to foxes; you only got Judy's explanation of what family means to bunnies.
>What is your favorite fic you've written, be it due to difficulty, the topic, or anything else?
While I'm really happy with the reception AWAHO has gotten, I'd have to say my favorite was Red of Blues. It was short, effective, and didn't require my attention for more than 20 minutes. I don't have a great attention span when it comes to writing.
On that note, I do have a spot for AWAHO because it's difficult for me. Contrary to Red of Blues or anything else, AWAHO requires a lot of attention. It's the first multi-chapter thing I've seriously written in just over a decade. It's a big change of pace for me.
>Have you had your Zoosona drawn yet? By who? Share a pic if so!
I cannot post pictures from my PS4, but I know A_Sig has drawn him, and he got a headshot in that collection of writefags drawn by...uh, I feel really bad but I can't recall the name. It had a BUNCH of headshots of different CCs' zoosonas.
And no, I have not been contacted by any such antelope.
