Well take this with a grain of salt, because i'm not a very good artist; this is like the blind leading the blind here.

But when i'm building knees I usually think of them as a part of a cube or sphere.

For spheres I just cut a sphere in half.

For cubes I do the same, but I cut it diagonally.

I hope that helps. sometimes I use another weird 3D shape that I forgot to draw here.

My advice to you is to try and turn that into something productive.

Try and focus your hand movements, follow references.

After you finish a small portion (like say a hand, a boob, whatever. One anatomical "chunk") then you can analyze and compare it to your reference.

If you didn't use a reference, try and find one for the angle that you're trying to draw, then see what's different, find out what you like about your drawing and the reference, as well was what you dislike about each.

But the point of that is to at least get a chunk of drawing out of the way before you start criticizing it. That way you can at least learn from it.

thats normal for beginners, just try to ignore it because you won't get it right at first no matter how hard you try

some tips would be checking for plumb lines (ie what things are perpendicular/parallel), using a specific part to measure proportions, and checking for negative space which may make harder shapes easier to draw

but most of all don't sweat it, just keep drawing and take it easy

That's actually anatomically correct. The patella/kneecap is a sort of dome shape and then the joint itself has a little bit of space behind it with no bone, just connective tissue. So extended legs will have the kneecap bump out but they'll be roughly rectangular edges when bent.

for the left hand it'd be better if you add some faint lines, like you did with the left elbow, on the palm to make it clear the hand is facing up and keeping it from looking so flat.
also, right arm is kind of on an unnatural pose.

for the hand, something subtle would do the trick just to give a hint of depth to the hand. Use your own palm for reference.

As for the arm. It might work the way it is if you filp the hand, like, resting the top of the wrist or the knuckles on the hip. With the hand the way it is, you'd have to pull the elbow back to align it with the imaginary line that go across both shoulders. It's a bit hard to explain and I don't have a way to ilustrate it right now but you can try standing up and putting your right hand on your waist. You'll see your elbow aligns with your shoulders. You can easily move it towards your back but trying to move it forward and keeping that position is uncomfortable.

You should experiment with it on pieces that you aren't as attached to. Just sketch something and mess around, and don't care too much if it ends up looking like shit, since the goal here is to figure out what looks good, and why.

Maybe you haven't been trying in the right way. As far as I know, the only real way is to draw different parts of the body (as well as the muscular and skeletal layout of those parts) and whole human bodies (using references) over and over again, in a variety of angles and poses, until you've memorized a 3-dimensional understanding of how human anatomy works, how it's proportioned, the ways it can move/twist/bend/etc. It's a tall order but totally doable if you do enough of the right kind of practice, which basically means filling entire sketchbooks with sketches, gesture drawings, etc. over a long period of time. (A good place to start is to try to fill a single page every day.)

If you've already been trying that, then I dunno, maybe you need to use different references, or maybe read a book on techniques for drawing human anatomy.

feet are difficult to understand, almost as difficult as hands

ignoring toes, they're a giant bundle of muscle groups but can be summed up as a roughly triangular shape that then has a wedge cut out of the bottom but only on the inner side

or if you think in terms of contours it might be easier, since they're essentially a bunch of curves. the top curves down, bottom is a concave half-sphere, and the heel is a full sphere

here's a fairly informative image guide on how feet work, it might help you wrap your head around the shape and construction

digitgrade animal feets are actually pretty easy to grasp in a cartoony style since they're almost like a third segment of the leg, just a rectangular form with the toes bending at the end to form a little dome

I also wanted to make her as monochromatic as possible, although I couldn't get the eyes to look good even with normal brown eyes but who cares the blue eyes help contrast all the red and pink and I think it looks nice
