Shamelesss has been gone for a while, and he's the only one who can really move this along.

Towergirls content seems to seriously drag it's heels without a single, dedicated artist to carry a gen. Ones without a single, central artist exist, but they rarely gain any traction at all.

Having the prerequisite experience to design and draw interesting princesses is one thing- but it's entirely another to ask that person to dedicate so much time and effort to a single project when inspiration can be so fleeting. I'm pleasantly surprised with how far Shamelesss' trash gen got, and I can only hope that desire to continue finds it's way into his heart once again.
