Best I could manage used Bodyslide, but bellies came out polygonal and with stretched textures- not to mention the clipping. Plus, it severely limits your clothing/armor options, because hoo-boy howdy do those models look like steamed shit when they get stretched. I can't think of a single armor mod designed with pudgy- let alone bulging- midsections in mind, and all come out looking fucked up when stretched out.

It was a dead-end venture for me that resulted in little more than unenthusiastic half-masts and an image of the mod organizer's UI burned into my retina.

I actually went through the effort to track down and install all the mods required to let me play as a bloated egg-laying female argonian, and somehow got it all working. Yes, there is an egg-laying mod that operates by spawning several cursed eggs into spots around the world which, upon collection, cause your character to start (very slowly) swelling with an endless supply of eggs (complete with subsystem for accompanying BE), every now and then becoming mostly immobilized by going into labor to pop out what's accumulated. The curse can be lifted by delivering the egg to its respective shrine which has also spawned somewhere in the world. If you threw away the original egg, lost track of it in the swarm of other eggs you've produced, or otherwise lost it, then congratulations on your new life as a nonstop egg factory.

The mod also adds an acceleration potion, which makes you swell to capacity inside of a minute, and a forgeable ring/amulet of "labor lock", to prevent you from laying until you take it off (and reach a much larger size than you ordinarily would before the laying triggers). Of course, they felt the need to attach exactly two 'panicked moan' voice clips to the acceleration process, which loop indefinitely and infuriatingly until you remove the labor lock.

It operates on some unholy combination of Bodyslide, XPMSE, and other junk. I was also using RaceMenuMorphs and a Remodeled Armor mod to give the poor girl some proper birthing hips without clipping through fucking everything, but it has the side effect of affecting all NPCs of the same gender with the same modifications.

Ultimately the end results are... not great. The CONCEPT is hot as fuck and 100% my fetish, but ultimately even the best body and armor mods available don't hold up very well under that much strain (pictured here). The armor is a real trooper, but still doesn't quite make it.

Booty for days though.

A word of warning: updating the game past 1.31 will probably break the game if you're using HF Patch. This also means you have to avoid any DLC packs that install a more recent version (Yotogi Class Skills beyond vol.6 for instance) or they'll destroy the whole installation.

The game DOES actually come with a nominal belly slider which doesn't break the clothing, and with some creativity and the advanced body sliders (F5 during maid creation, comes with the HF Patch by default) you can get it to a decent size. The mod doesn't give a fuck and clips through everything, but lets you pretty much double the size before deforming horribly.

I'm not exactly up to date on the whole scene but as far as the category of "fully voiced, configurable and interactive harem" games goes CM3D2 is really the ONLY one I've found so far with actual belly options (and there's a furry mod somewhere in that list too if that's your speed). There's always Yiffalicious, or Odes' prototype with Lugia which are great for a limited interactive sex-with-inflation engine but also kind of awkward and ragdolly. And of course it goes without saying that clipping is always an issue in some way or another, which is probably why this stuff isn't more common.
