She and Remmy have actual romantic chemistry. Betty is a provider because that's her role, and her interactions with Remmy have been wholly perfunctory. Avo may tease and even flirt but she only likes watching him squirm.

Anneke on the other hand is a great match for Remmy, and unlike Betty or Avo, there's an actual spark between her and the lamb. There's honest and MUTUAL attraction. They have all the makings of a great relationship and the only retort anyone has to this is trying to argue that she's a slut.

Since I'm a little bored at work I had five minutes of autism and did something.
Using pic related and knowing that the Palm Hotel is 1000 feet high, I did a little trigonometry.
Using the ratio between the two lines length (in pixels) I found the entrance of the train in Sahara Square is roughly at 800 meters from the Hotel.
Using this I have estimated Zootopia to be 13600 feet (aka roughly 4 km) wide.

It is less of a panic and more pointing out reasons why there is no need to seperate. As for "test run", I have been here for a few months and somewhat remember at least two attempts to make a Pack Street general. They crashed and burned within days because there were people who enjoyed both the original material and PS, and saw no need to divide the community.

To be fair for SavageHopps, Jack himself isn't even really a factor as much as he is a bunny. Long before he became popular, people used OC bunnies to fill the same exact role that he did. That is, have Judy go head over heels for the first male bunny she meets in Zootopia so Nick must prove his love. Jack just provides a already completed physical design, being a superior mammal to both Judy and Nick, thus a much harder "challenge" for Nick, and relevance only due to being in a single concept art.

It is somewhat sad, I would be interested in Judy and Nick ships that don't involve each other but Judy's usually involve Nick being rejected and Nick's...are somewhat rare.

It is an extremely lazy and predictable plot device that people can't seem to resist using for some reason, especially since rarely anyone has the balls to go non-WildeHopps so it takes away the "Will they, won't they" cliche factor. Add in that the third party, while being more logical for Judy because of same species, also tends to be an unlikable character makes the relationship "drama" a joke.

It gets to the point that you could read the direction a story is going to go within the first few chapters. Nick and Judy relationship issues? A random male rabbit is no doubt to appear to cause more issues.

Pack Street is one of those Storys I enjoy to read because, the OC are written well. They have flaws, their strenght, a good made personality. A real, reasonable personality. A story with a good plot, and also makes things interestenign without some "Big Evil" or "Super Plot Twist". It's one of the first Storys in First-Person perspektive I enjoy to read. A well handled story, in my eyes.
