Actually recently there has been a resurgence of artists returning drawing Zootopia, and not only in the threads.
And new others are joining, with quite nice content (pic related at least for me).

It will probably die down (unless Zootopia 2 is confirmed), but it will take quite a good amount of time. And Oscars (if it goes all well) will spark the interest anew.

I've been in about 4~5 generals, ranging from video games to anime.
Definitely the best one.

Love this place, feels like I belong here.

It's the first general I'm actively participating in and I couldn't be more happy about it. I'm amazed by all the great CCs here, they inspire me to draw every day and grow in that regard. I also love reading stuff that the writers here do as I've come to appreciate that aspect more and more.

I used to lurk in the MLP fandom since its beginnings, always amazed by the talented artists that got really good over time. I couldn't see myself become someone like that, I drew like shit back then. Still do to some degree, but I'm certain that I'm on a good way to become half decent. And who knows, if I keep this up I might become a respectable artist in like ten years, certainly love to.
And I'm not alone I bet. There are people here who want to get better at their craft each day and I want them to succeed at it. It's a creative environment that supports content creation like no other and that is invaluable.

In addition this place is super resourceful and chill to the bone, the occasional drama doesn't really bother me.

I don't think OCs are in ground to be offended or whatsoever, I mean sure people can get angry about it but let's be honest here, even minor fancomics and smaller shit gets lewds. Zoosonas are another thing. I don't mind being lewded myself, but I never had the -- psychological awakening that some people have. By that I mean the whole "this is my platonic ideal body, my real self", where people really feel their sonas are their representation and thus get really attached to it. I'd feel bad if someone lost a night of sleep over it, so I try to avoid even touching other people sonas. Some people live through their online persona, which is completely fine, so if you go and do something they don't want, those touchy types might get upset by it.

Even if they are relatively smaller than other dogs, red fox's are probably still stupidly big compared to a bunny. I always get amused in any fandom when they have to describe how large a character's dick is, and it is even made more hilarious when people go "Nick's eight inch cock." Like fucking hell, that would be about 1/6th of his total height. Humans don't have an average size ratio anywhere near that. Past that, forget putting anything of that size into a 2'6 rabbit.

9-11cm? (or 3-4 inches if anyone else needs to know). That sounds about right for a red fox. That type of size fits much better on the four foot Nick (who is actually at about near the peak of red fox height if they stood on their rear legs.)

He is still probably insanely big for Judy if he is even three inches, since she is 2'6 from estimation. Take away about half of that from her legs, a few inches from her neck and head, and you leave maybe eight or so inches of a full body torso?
