Something like Flexible Survival (it's like a zombie apocalypse survival game, but instead of zombies there are furry creatures that try and fuck you and turn you into one of them) but with AAA quality graphics where you get to see detailed shots of people getting transformed into creatures when they get fucked.

Also, the actual FS game had this annoying tendency to set the story well after the transformation had already swept through the area... Plot would go:

The deal of the whole game would be that it would be very hard and punishing, any mistake resulting in massive health loss, broken equipment and even permanent loss in status. There would be no game over once you died, though. Getting 0 health would result on the monster stripping and fucking you, who'd end up pregnant. This in turn would result in harder to fight around with until you give birth, in which there would be a number of effects, from gaining a hunting pet, to specific reagents, to NPCs and services, permabuffs / debuffs, to new bosses and other shit. Despite everything you'd want to avoid that since it is basically lowering the difficulty after you failed, and pregnancy resulted in being harder to play.

I've had this idea for a while:

A makeup company has developed an addicting, mind altering cosmetic line. The product makes the wearer think that they're incredibly pretty while also slowly reducing their IQ. Certain products can even cause physical changes to the body. Soon the product saturates the market and women everywhere have been turned into bimbo zombies.

You play as a nerdy scientist girl who has developed a raygun that can reverse the process, blasting the makeup off of the infected. The game is a house of the dead lightgun style game, where bimbo zombies try to grapple you and slather you with makeup. Instead of a health bar, you have an IQ bar, and as it slowly drops from 200 to 0 your main character starts becoming confused and ditzy, giggling about boys and shopping.

Final boss is the CEO of the company, who you defeat by knocking into a vat of her own product, leaving her a perma-bimbo

A 3D destruction game starring different tiers of giant little girl, ranging from 20 feet tall to planet sized. Clumsier girls will trip over and crush entire city blocks, while more playful ones will butt bounce on crowds of people or scoop them up to eat them. Some might even have power attacks and weaponry.

And every girl would also have hyper strong bodily functions. Farts and belches that shake mountains and enough piss to flood a country. Shit the size of continents. I'm not normally into that kind of stuff, but the idea of a giant girl casually farting and leaving a city in ruin, killing thousands is insanely hot.

Speaking of, there'd be a detailed death counter on screen. Showing exactly how many victims died to each unique method, and quickly climbing into the millions and billions in later levels.

I want a game where you're an alien hive mind with control over parasitic worms and those that the worms infect. A slave management game kind of like a version of Free cities.

You have defend and grow your hive over time. You start the game finding a starter human to host you, then finding a place to setup a hive (perhaps just a few location to pick from, like warehouse, hospital, sewers, etc. They'd all have strengths and weaknesses)

You have to collect more victims and try not to get detected by the CDC or military or something.
You can evolve and modify your worms and change what hormones they produce and what they do to their victims to change what kinds of infected you produce or what they do to people.
So you can specialize your infected to be warriors, infiltrators, personal sex slaves, gross bloated breeders that birth parasites directly into your victims, etc.
I wouldn't even care if this didn't end up as a fetish game and was like a scary RTS game that ends up in the mainstream gaming market. I fucking want something like this. haha.

Heard from a fatty thread a fairly interesting idea. A fantasy MMO with weight gain and inflation. Spells, potions, dungeon traps, etc. would affect your avatar's weight or shape, making things easier or harder depending on the situation at hand (i.e. why bother opening a gate when you can float over the wall - easier / fattened up or inflated to the point where a warrior or rogue class is fucking useless because you can't move - harder).
Of course, one could opt to be human/elf or some sort of furry akin to WoW's worgen or tauren.

If you end up going to a dungeon where there are a lot of enemies specializing in inflation for instance, you may grow out of your armor or clothing, losing stat bonuses and protective value - leading to you and your team possibly getting wiped. For fairness's sake and because it's more economical, I'd bum the durability-repair system from WoW to avoid having to grind for more armor or buy shit grey gear after losing that nice cuirass because you literally grew out of it.

Given the nature of such a theme it's safe to assume it would never be popular on the mainstream, and if it was, it would solely be for the more intelligent game design aspects. Divide servers into those who are there for the gameplay and strategy, and those who are there for the story/theme/fetish material. The latter will, knowing people, function as role play servers. Given the tastes of the people developing this game, "additional content" would be visible here and blocked for normies in it for inventory management.

I'd probably add nudity and other lewd/sexual content to the "theme" servers.

Forgot to add: Additionally I'd add a social aspect to the whole weight gain and inflation theme for those who want it.

Recreational potions for growth, special mage spells, casual statless clothing to wear and tear, magic foods, etc. for use away from serious in-game occasions.

I think my dream fetish game would be something akin to Dwarf Fortress's adventure mode, but with sexual content. You could customize the fetishes on world-gen, so even people with fetishes I hate can enjoy it.

An addendum, I do recall there used to be a game being made that was supposed to be exactly this. All the monsters were sex-starved monster girls that would run up to your character if they saw you and would perform lewd acts on you every turn.

The game wasn't sophisticated or feature complete yet, and the person worked on it vanished off the face of the earth.

I remember it did really silly things like monsters sucking on your third finger, left hand, or kissing your right knee.

But yeah, I want a dorf fort adventurer mode clone with sex, and this had the potential of being exactly what I was looking for. Of course the person working on it vanished.
