I would start a religion.
A perfect religion.
In this religion, there are 3 major rules.

1. Don't be an asshole.
2. Sex is good for you, have it as much as you like unless it breaks the other rules.
3. Do not convert to a false religion.

I would perform miracles in small towns and rural areas, and would perform these miracles to make people join the cult.
Once it has grown big enough for someone to discover it and shut it down, I begin phase two.

A disease.

An unknown disease begins to spread rapidly across the globe, killing millions.
This disease will do no harm to those who are either in the cult, are part of a cult member's family, or have had sexual activity (including masturbation) since they were infected.
The disease, however, simultaniously fights other diseases, including STD's and other fatal illnesses, so long as they don't die from the disease.

The Earth has been cleansed of illness and prunes, and so begins phase 3.

An enourmous tower erects from the cult's point of origin, and it's doorways are the gateway to a dimension that looks similar to what would be visually similar to the depths of Hell.
Those who don't follow the religion will hear whispers in their head, stating the tower's location.
The dimension is filled with those who entered the tower, and they are stripped of clothing and are all given the ability to summon absolutely anything they want and to fufill any sexual desires they have, provided they do not interact with others in harmful ways without consent, and failing to do so will be met with exile from the dimension.
The tower disappears after a single year, after which the people who have not entered the tower will hear whispers that tell them that the world ends in 3 days.
After 3 days, I destroy the Earth by crashing the moon into it.

Then, I recreate a new Earth, with maybe a couple changes to reality, like whether jews exist or not.

And then, I start a religion.

I've planned for this to happen before.

First, I'd instantly freeze all time; including all chemical reactions, light, energy and matter in our universe as it stands right now. This is control- an exact copy of our universe before any supernatural power is applied to it.

From then on, I would 'copy' control to live out various fantasies. Perhaps in one I live in my own regular life but using my power. In another I'd come out to the public as God and bask in the praise and glory or conquer the world with force. In another I may live my life as normal but block out my godly powers/memory until it's over; letting me experience my life after an incredible turn of fortune such as winning a huge lottery for example.

My control copy, and my omniversal mind would remain the same, but outside of the conscious self I'd want to experience things.

Eventually I would start to create new worlds, stuff like the Elder Scrolls or various fantasy franchises as to live out in them, or just to mess with them. I'd love to a Dark Lord sort of thing; conquering worlds but giving the people within them the means to defeat me by virtue and courage. If not just for fun.

first, stop time, so i can plan my endgame, then, i'll split the universe into two halves, one side populated, the other unpopulated, i'll create a massive world in the unpopulated slice, with earthlike gravity because i control 'logic' as well, and pepper it with equidistant buildings 5 stories high, each with 6 doors at each floor, and a staircase/balcony set leading to each door. each door will branch into a small pocket dimension that loops back around into the main 'hub' infinitely. inside the pocket dimension, anything you can think of will be made real for you alone. i will create beings of omnipotent status to watch over the populated universe, funneling in souls as lives depart. souls that land on the world will be reshaped in a humanoid shape of energy, have their memories erased, and given a sort of immortal shell to contain the energy. then, i'll create a massive moutain on every planet with life, and in the largest, most legible font, in all given languages and forms of communication, i will write "We apologize for the inconvenience" and let all sentient and non sentient lifeforms know, there's a guaranteed afterlife, so death will no longer be scary. maybe for fun i'll add an option to sort of reincarnate as a creature of your choice.
