Ok guys, here's an idea I've been having recently: Head inflation. Applying the usual cartoony physics approach to inflation, it involves a pony's head being filled and bloating up like a balloon while her body stays the same.

Since we're on the topic of obscure sub-fetishes, does anyone else really like when the inflatee is in distress/pain/conflicted between pain and pleasure? For those who never played it, that scenario played out as
