We go in and save Remy from his suicide. We save Adine from making shitty decisions that get her killed in accidents. We stop Bryce from sleeping around so much and help him deal with stress.
But your logic leads me to believe Adine will go crash again, that Remy is a time bomb waiting to hang itself up, or for Bryce to die of alcohol poisoning. No anon, the Player most likely won't do anything to change this. The portal isn't there anymore for him to use time travel to fix things either. I'm sure Anna won't fix her act and get a happy ending, you convinced me.
