stop trying to fag every character you come across, this is getting old
Can you imagine that when Remmy gets attacked and has to use the whistle, it won't be pred attacking him but a prey? Maybe a bull or a rhino, a boyfriend of one of the shot pred girls that went savage. The guy got drunk and when Remmy was going home (nocturnal) he bumped into him, being drunk he decided it would be a good idea to beat one of the stupid scheming sheep that hurt his girl. The irony of that the only real thread to Remmy was another prey and the bad predators were the one saving him would be fucking golden.

Repost for the new thread.

Let's not forget that Remmy is also no longer wearing his whistle around.
Just in case anyone is still interested, here's the slightly improved version of the picture I posted earlier.
>>7801558
Good night bunner
Speaking of Violet, does anyone have any info on her proportions?
I'm supposed to be writing some Nick / Violet lewds, but I really don't know anything about her actual physical appearance, other than that one low-res blurry image.
>>7801551
kys kuk fag
>>7801647
She's roughly the same as Judy but I think, like, half a head taller?
>>7801575
He said he doesn't. That he only posts it here.
Any simple requests?
What was his name again?
>>7801647
She's just tad bigger - check the comic for references.
On a related note, what do you think Violet's private life is like? I feel Nick and Violet is just a lazy way to get around things. Don't get me wrong, your writing might be good, just looking to start a conversation on character development here.

>>7801635
Nice!
>>7801626
That kind of struck me as the strangest thing, since the previous chapters had seen him seemingly proud of it at times.
Maybe he doesn't wear it to work?
>>7801707
Brothers and Sisters. The comic where she shows up.
>>7801647
Judy, pure white rather than have markings, taller than her. Maybe Judy is just smaller than average bunnies.
>>7801691
I assume she's just an overbearing older sister that works at the farm. Not working on psychology or shit but administration on farm. That, obviously, is due to the movie making such a big deal everyone was a farmer. I can accept something as her working part time on farm administration while off-season she works on Zootopia on what have you.
>>7801626
That seemed like a wierd choice by Weaver, I mean Remmy just went trough a savage attack, him not wearing the whistle is just illogical. Maybe he just forgot it or something. Weaver is probably fucking with us but Remmy just leaving the whistle at home in the drawer for no good reason just goes against all that was developed so far, if he had some good reason or just put of off not wanting to be part of the pack after he got fired, that would make sence, but he apparently put it off prior to that.
>>7801715
Thanks, I'm glad you like it
>>7801373

>Maybe he doesn't wear it to work?
777, Kek confirms it.
>>7801779
Judy's a little taller than her parents, though.
>>7801777
That actually makes sense. Maybe now that he got fired even though he wasn't wearing his pack talisman to work, he'd wear it out of pure spite even if he doesn't think the pack would protect him if push came to shove.

Remmy put the whistle in the drawer because he's trying to distance himself from the Pack. He doesn't consider himself a member of it.

I'd figure the same thing, she and a few other of the Hopps handle the business side of selling their products. Maybe even once the Hopps starts business with Gideon and Judy shows her family that Zootopia is alright, Violet goes to the city to start agreements to sell their products there.

That's why we're saying it's weird; he did in the chapter immediately prior.
>>7802000
Well, he didn't, up until when he found out that the whole savage outbreak was a hoax.
Now he's in 14 states of panic mode.
His brain can't think straight enough to even remember there is a whistle.
>>7802037
The chapter also mentioned that some time had passed between Pandora going savage and where Remmy's at now, though. It's not like it was instantaneous.
>>7802000
But he put it there BEFORE he got fired. Before he was proud of being a pack member.
These threads have ruined me.
I'd do anything to be some lusty preds yarnball, bleating all the while as they use and abuse me in all the right ways.
You bastards.
Catching up on a couple months of missed pack street, just finished field day.
I really enjoyed Remmy and Wolter hanging out. Was any art drawn of it?
Could the person who posted a pic in Japanese at the end of last thread repost it? Didn't get time to translate it

More likely he just slacked and left it home carefree.

I totally winged it with Terry's proportions. It's probably not 'proper zootopian' considering duke's size but I liked him being around Hamilton's size yet noticeably smaller.

Hi, /ztg/. Falke here with an update to All the Difference in the World.
>Digs about too-large tools would be forgotten eventually. Fighting over seating was easy enough to put a stop to. But this- this was physical.
>And it was making Nick feel like everything he'd done was for nothing. Kyle had trusted him when he told him that he was as capable as any of these other mammals, that he could keep up, that he could do anything he set his mind to. This would reverse every scrap of that progress: On the trail, and in his own mind.
>Nick knew how that ended.

>Partly in keeping with Charlie's naming scheme, but also because it's revealed that Ozzy's first name is Oscar.
>Marty named his son after his best friend.
>Marty takes to being a parent well enough, but Charlie has some difficulties being an affectionate parent.
>Not that she doesn't care, just that she doesn't seem to be able to show it too often.
>Feels like a bad parent because of her chequered past, and inability to go straight.
>Totally doms Marty in bed with a strapon when the mood arises.

>>7803021
Still better than regular furry shit. Zootopia animal aesthetics are different than regular anthros.
>>7803021
The worst part is that it's actually pretty fitting for me. So if I ever did end up falling off the deep end, it's probably what I'd use.
>>7803021

>>7803021
>despite the fact that all the CC's here use them as representations of themselves
Joke's on you anon, my zoosona's life is totally different (read: isn't a loser and has his shit together) compared to mine, ha ha...
>>7803056
That is partly why I never got into the furry community before Zootopia, and never really go past this fandom. You can have so many unique looking characters drawn in Zootopia, compared to the normal "humans with fur and animal head" anthros.
>>7802513
This anon is wise.
Except you forgot Marty/Charlie.
>>7803137
Hey my character has a job and doesn't still live with their folks, so you and me both!!
>>7802824
>>7802561
So, Marty's son is named Oscar Coltaire Foxtrot. Marty wanted to name him after a philosopher or a famous author, but Charlie that that was dumb. He got two names from Marty, but got his mother's last name in the compromise.(Mostly to keep the naming scheme going.)
Al + V=Either Victoria or Vivienne, Victoria because of the associations with a strong female leader, or Vivienne because it sounds somewhat closer to Velvet.
>Remmy's son is the only one I don't had a set name for. It's gotta be some kind of Sheepdog pun though. I thought about him being name Colin so that his nickname would be "Collie."
Because collies are sheepdogs! (laugh track)
Avo doesn't have any kids, and is in a menage a trois with Cliff and Neil. Likes it that way.
Ozzy is forever alone. Bad End.
Wolt is single and loving it.
Anekke is single and found out she's barren. Really wants a kid.
Alright, done with my headcanon.
>>7802863
thanks, i was using that one too. Also, they're looking at the same thing, and i could find a proper perspective for my original pic. So i think is better to split the image (maybe a small comic)

I'm on backgrounds/effects and BOY HOWDY do I wanna die.
Someone motivate me to finish.
>>7803064
>So if I ever did end up falling off the deep end
Uh, anon I got some bad news for you. You see, when someone starts browsing the porn threads for a children's movie about talking animal people, that usually means that they've fallen off into the deep end and broken through the floor and are close to reaching the earth's core.
>>7803067
So
what/who is your zoosona, if you have one?
>>7803021
Zoosonas are the gateway drug to developing full fursonas which will branch out from this single franchise expanding the furry fandom.

>Ulf is the only bear nurse at the St Clemens hospice and quite possibly the only bear nurse in the city
>Had he always wanted to be a nurse? Hard to tell, but his gentle character and soft-spoken way of carrying himself around other mammals had always set him apart from most other mammals of his size
>In stark contrast to his prodigious stature, he is probably the kindest mammal you'll ever get to see
>His work nickname is Mt Kindness, which I think is pretty fitting
>The delicate and special nature of his work demands an extra effort exceeding that of the regular requirements for a medical profession
>This extra bit is impossible to quantify, define or properly articulate, but whatever it is it's clear Ulf has it
>The number of lullabies, nursery rhymes and fairy tales he knows by heart is trully staggering.
>In fact, his little apartment is filled with children's books to such an excent you'd think he's expecting a cub of his own if you didn't know him
>It's an endearing sight to see a hulking mass of a bear quietly reading a fairy tale book in the room flooded with soft evening sunlight
>"Will I get better?"

Sounds like a set-up for a sitcom. Ozzy and Anneke pretend to be a couple to fool the adoption agency into letting baby-crazy Anneke have one of her own, can they keep up the charade? The thing about references and cameos is that they are highly unlikely to occur.
Even assuming some junior staff in Disney knows about /trash/, they have no ability of adding secondary character because rendering all the details and little bits costs literal money and I don't think you can just jam in anything you like because you thought it's funny.
This aside, adding something as conspicious as, say, Desmond and Molly is immediately liable to raise a flurry of tweets, which will have been seen by senior Disney exec and prompt questions about violating "stay the fuck away from fanfiction" clause.
This would also open flootgates to court cases because every fucking schmuck will want a credit, money or recognition their character was in the movie or whatnot.
The most we can hope for is maybe some nod towards Jack and Sky(e) or a hint so subtle and deniable it'll only be spottable upon 3rd or 4th viewing and delicate enough it'll be impossible to definitely say it was it.
Though obviously if any of my OCs were included, I'd fucking cream my pants right away in the cinema.

You just undermined yourself there. Genetic predisposition just means you carry a specific gene, not that the gene is active or even likely to be active. Its why when you have say someone schizophrenic due to genetic defect having children, those children aren't all schizophrenic too. They may carry the gene for it but it only presents if the gene itself is activated during metaphase of conception if the right combination of gene pairs come together. More often then not with defects, they don't unless both parents carry the gene which makes it more likely but even then not guaranteed.

I believe it's a certainty that we'll get a Z2 - after all the money Z1 pulled in, the Disney Execs are paying fucking attention now.
Problem is, it's success can actually work against it in this case.
I worry that what we'll get is a designed-by-committiee merchandising tie-in that's an incoherent mess as a result, where this and that and the other "analyst" said, "We need to appeal to this demographic, so include this-and-such element" and the marketing weenies said "we need to tie into the merchandise line, so include these elements, and this appearance, and these background ads" and some special interest group sticks their fingers in and says "Well, we can't offend this-and-the-other group, so you need to avoid these topics" and the whole thing's just fucked.

That's pretty much the issue that is controlling the idea of a sequel coming out.
So many people want so many different things. It will get to the point that if they ever decide to make a sequel, fans will be slighted or disappointed due to what they could have within it, no matter what.
For me and my shipping heart, I would love if WildeHopps were to be canon, yet at the same time the "romance" could be so poorly done and thought out, it's not what I "thought" it could be and others were to also not like it since it didn't fit their ideals.
Or if canon lore and relationships were to go against fan's head-canon's and so forth, they would just have to let it happen. Since it's the truth, and the truth is law.
Or whatever major conflict that they would have to overcome, could come across poorly done, or it could be nothing more then a cash-grab since the 1st had such a great success.
>>7804379
>at the same time the "romance" could be so poorly done and thought out
I feel like whether or not you want WildeHopps in the movie all depends on how you feel about it. Those who trust that the original writers wouldn't fuck it up want it, and those who don't think that the original writers could do it justice don't want it.
>Boney_M is Australian

>>7804379
Yeah. The unfortunate truth is, when Z2 comes out (and like I said, I firmly believe it will) they'll completely sidestep WildeHopps, and just tell a different story that doesn't involve them.
They HAVE to.
That pisses me off to no end, because I'd love to see a story featuring their daughter, kidnapped by a rival organized crime family to Mr. Big in order to blackmail the pair into dropping an investigation they're conducting. The movie could be about their daughter's daring escape as the frantic parents tear the city apart trying to find her, going so far as to jeopardize their police careers by openly enlisting Mr. Big's help.
...
Okay Anons. If you were given total creative control over Zootopia 2, what story would you tell?
>>7804005
I'm gonna need to see your qualifications doctor.
>>7804198
Not to mention original. Its why I point and laugh at furries who create characters based on say, pokemon or sonic. They claim the characters are theirs but according to most copyright laws they aren't outside fair use.
Say if someone made a charizard oc and TPC for some reason liked it so much they wanted to incorporate it into the show with some tweaks. They could do that without even asking, get all the profits and share none with the OC's creator since a Charizard is TPC's property, not the OC's creator.
Since though Zootopia's characters are mostly generic animals, it'd be harder for say Disney to argue they have ownership of a character created for the franchise since they'd have to prove the character was created exclusively for use in the setting of the franchise.
>>7804487
Hey, I've got an office and everything! My name's on the door there, see?

You know even with Anon's disdain for breasts on Zoot characters, I find that the naturalist club just hurt what I would consider a pretty big part of it's world.
I mean are you telling me that animals "evolved" to the point of just not having breasts? If you would take that as law then dicks aren't a thing either. Same thing for vagina's.
Then how they FUCK would they be able to reproduce!?
Even if you to just take the "mammals don't have breasts" thing into a count. How they fuck could they nurse their young? Since at this point at it's almost a devolution, and not an evolution.

>What would the plot be?
>Bellwether has escaped from maximum security prison and small-scale 'predators going savage' cases begin to pop up all over the city again. Due to the severity of the threat, Chief Bogo is willing to turn a blind eye to some less than legal practices to get results (legitimizes stealing cars and other such crimes you commit).
>In the search for Bellwether, who has by this point created an underground criminal network of disenfranchised prey, Nick and Judy must do some dirty work for crime bosses like Mr. Big to gain their trust and help them in their search.
>Along the way, the morality of helping the criminal underworld in committing terrible crimes in the pursuit of possibly finding Bellwether can become a point of contention between Nick and Judy (one of them perhaps no longer wanting to be a part of it)
That's all I've got

I got another one for Nick and Judy fans:
Nick takes time off with Finnick to spend a few nights at the The Palm hotel and casino. While there, they thwart a heist and become part of a hostage situation and need to Die Hard their way out. Meanwhile, Judy and Clawhauser disobey orders and infiltrate the crime scene to aid Nick. There's a part where Bogo busts in to save the day and shows everyone why he's the chief. The bad guys are, I don't know, racists or something.
>>7804996
...And now I feel like an idiot, I had meant to say that large breasts look disgusting on Zoot characters also.
But I also took it to the extreme and that I thought you didn't even want nipples on the characters. And just have nothing there.
Which would make no sense.
Really in this world it wouldn't be "D-Cups full of JUSTICE!" it would be "A-Cups full of JUSTICE!" instead.
And I wasn't personally attacking you, just in general of all Anon's that act like it. But in the end I made myself look like an idiot.
In the comic, a character may be a bit of a closet weeb.
This is gonna be one of the things I spoof for it.

Bad example.
>'Dominic' Wilde was sitting back in a wooden chair in July's personal study. His feet resting on her desk, while he leafed through some of her old novellas.
>Judy never liked him resting his paws on her desk. Or on the dinning-room table. Or on the backs of her great-nephews when he was babysitting.
>Tossing another rom-com slashfic she'd managed to hold on to since Bellwether's days, he'd thumbed through the stack of books beside him.
>One title caught his attention. Tossing 'Manuscripts from Clawthorn the Undying,' over to the side, he grabbed a fairly thick paper-back book,
>'Twilight,' he read, grinning. Opening the cover, a picture fell out.
>It was her, in her teens; braces and all, wearing an 'I Heart Edward' shirt. Beside her were an ecstatic Violet and Bonnie.
>A less ecstatic Stu was off to the side, wearing an 'I Heart Jacob' shirt.
>For just a moment, he wanted to laugh.
>Then, he let out sigh, running the back of a clawed finger over the image of Violet.
>He looked up from the picture in his paws, over to the framed pictures of a few of Judy's family; eyeing the rather new picture of Violet Hopps.
>Her eyes still held that same mix of kindness and intensity she'd had in her younger years. Her features had become almost regal with age, and she still wore those thick, wooly sweatshirts.
>He'd often tell 'July' how much of a milf her sister had become, and she'd often kick him under the table for saying it during a Hopps Family Reuinion. In front of both bunnies.
>He couldn't help it, he was young again.

>Then again, they'll use whatever they can to get to you if they don't like you
>Anyway, the point is vast majority of skunks never use their glands during their lifetime and happily go on with their lives almost forgetting they exist as modern clothing and lower level of fitness make the manoeuvre of taking one's trouses off and standing on one's front paws a rather daunting and impractical task
>Thus removal of the glands is usually seemed as an expensive eccentricity as ultimately it doesn't matter whether one has them or not, being a subject of derision and mockery all the same

This one I want to argue on, simply because the first story started off so poorly in my opinion. Past the whole "Nick is a secret rockstar" it has Nick pinning after Judy at the beginning, Judy apparently brushing him off for a date with her boyfriend, when Nick goes to her apartment he finds that she had sex with said boyfriend who then sprays Nick in the face with HER fox spray, and then they just get together as if all that never happened. What the actual fuck?

>5. Continue the above steps until someone notices your work is good or until it actually gets good.
If you want to be a well-known writer for the wrong reasons, steps 3 and 4 are sufficient.
If you want your fics to be semi-consistently rec'd but maintain your literally who status, skip 3 and 4. Works for me.

Ya I remember that it ended with them splitting up and I THINK Nick starting to drink heavily. And Judy turns her back on him, but she is happy since she still haves her job or some shit.
You know. TO make it a waste of your time to read it, just to give it a ending like that.

When you live in the heart of a major city, small apartments are places for resting. You do pretty much everything else outside or in communal areas.
I lived in a condo building. Fancier than what Remmy has but about as small. There were other small families there, too. Nothing over 4 members, though.

Suddenly, I really really like the idea of a ram sandwiched between two wolves, for warmth.

Maybe the 4 person families were living in a larger space, never bothered to ask. But we did live in a studio and the room was never full except for when we had to go to sleep. Never felt too crowded to me. Maybe we had a large studio (600 sq ft) than your average 300 sq ft ones.

>Remmy and Betty never actually did get married.
>They were living together for little over a month and a half.
>Word had passed around by that point, and reactions were mixed.
>Velvet was openly supportive, while Al would fix Remmy with a stern look whenever they shared the same room.
>Avo laughed as hard as Ozzy, and nearly choked on one of her lolipops.
>Charlie seemed...
>Disappointed. But supportive.
>It was a Tuesday night, and they'd stayed in.
>She was sitting on the couch, trying not to light up a cigarette, while he was in the kitchen making their dinner when he asked.
>"Hey, are we going to get married?"
>She looks at him over her shoulder, an eyebrow raised.
>"Fuck no." she responds, idly rubbing her stomach.
>She'd given up on trying to hide it. She was showing, but not by much.
>This was their pattern, and it'd go in cycles.
>Remmy would ask, and she would say no.
>It wasn't until years later, when their son was around 11, that things were different.
>It was almost a strange mirror of the night they found out she was pregnant.
>The three of them had driven over to Bug Burga, and were munching on their sandwiches in the parking lot.
>Al's car was replaced with a minivan, a very suburban shade of green, well used with roadtrip stains and faded paint.
>The two of them sat up front, while junior snoozed in the back with his little stoat friend wrapped in his arms, both exhausted from a long day's drive outside the city.
>"Hey..." he started, and she knew what he was going to ask.
>"Marry me."
>There was a moments pause, and Betty wiped her face with a sleeve.
>He'd been with her long enough to know that meant she had something she wanted to say.
>Her response was to lean over and kiss him.
>Coming home, they shuffled the kids off to their beds, and sat on the couch for another couples hours more, idly thinking about the years.
>They walked over to the courthouse the next day.

Not necessary. She could have used city hall clout to get her sheep goons in. Lionheart wanted the sheep vote, right?
Besides, city hall clout tops police department clout.
Beyond getting her boys in, it would behoove her to do as much through city hall / on her own. Otherwise, it would endanger her endgame too much to dip her fingers into too many pies.
