The idea was conceived for the illness TT, but I didn't have a chance to write it until now, so consider it either unrelated or very late. My first WildeHopps effort (of probably many). By the way, if longjing is here - I listened to your readthrough of Therapy, and it was great to hear it that way. I like the way you do voices, especially Mr. Big. Nah, you don't need a miracle, just a lot of therapy and the willingness to change. It is quite clear that Gideon went to see a doctor for his anger management and learned how to accept himself, his faults and all.

I wouldn't say that he is my favorite secondary character, but I definitely like what Gideon is suppose to represent. He just isn't used very interestingly; in canon he just serves to be the subconscious justification for Judy's fear, later preludes to Judy's own apology as well as giving her some closure to her fear of predators, and finally becomes Chekhov's Gunman. In short, he is basically a plot device given character only due to the fact that his overall character actually changed. In fandom, his usual role is shortened even more to "WildeHopps vs Judeon", with it going "FUCK YOU WILDEHOPPS!"

I could see a short story where Gideon, after his therapy, feels bad for all the bullying he has done in the past. He sees a bunny getting bullied, reminding him of himself and Judy, and goes to defend the rabbit. The rabbit turns out to be a Hopps and, even though their are still both wary of him, Stu and Bonnie decide to give Gideon a chance for helping one of their kids.

Some guy out of town is getting more and more pissed off at a little bunny, and it gets to a real fight. Yo! I've been meaning to read this all weekend, but got caught up in other pursuits.
Firstly, just a possible error:
"especially one that seemed both highly drunk and oddly compassion— seemed like a fantastic idea" - Did you mean compassionate?
Secondly, you handled the sex scene very well. Martina fics have the issue of major size difference, but you were able to make something out of it that seemed erotic beyond a size difference fetish, particularly with the
Thirdly - Characters seemed a little "ill-defined", in the sense that they seemed to be constantly shifting, slightly, in attitude and speech patterns. To me, the biggest leap was Remmy's heavy-duty put-down of Claude, which, considering he was barely able to complete a sentence over on aisle four, demanded a pretty heavy suspension of disbelief. It's not ruinous, it just makes the story seem more artificial.
This was a good story, and it soothed me soul. The dialogue between Martina and Remmy in the story proper was honestly hilarious, in a way that very few writefags can manage. Thank you so much, dawg!

Thinking of writing green for this. Premise is this, Judy is undercover and faced with the choice of blowing her cover of shooting some heroin to remain blended in. She opts for the latter thinking she'll be able to shake it off only to fall victim to addiction. She disappears on the case which eventually gets solved a few weeks later without her. Everybody figures Judy will eventually show up but Nick is too worried wait and decides to find her. He uses his old hustling contacts including Finnick and even Mr. Big to track her down but finds her in a heroine induced depression. Judy tries to convince Nick to leave her since she believes she can't go back to the ZPD or even home but Nick refuses saying he'll get her clean and nobody will need to know. From there the story would basically continue from Nick apartment where he watches over Judy while she goes through the painful withdrawls. No sex, no love confessions, but definately some drama as people can say some pretty hurtful shit when they are coming down from a drug, and heroin is the worst of them.
