Essentially:
1. Go to your CM3D folder and Locate UnityInjector/Config/Assets. Delete the Assets folder.

2. Install Unified Translation Loader if you haven't already

Here's a tongue in cheek guide on using WebmConverter.

I find it very useful since you can set it to create webms that are up to 3MB big and the trim/crop/resize tools are super easy.

You could fix the missing genitals issues by using using the furry skins with genitals from the furry mod repack.

And/or install a kupa model mod, but those had some issues when I was still using Reipatcher. Like the F5 menu disappearing but vag+anus working or still have the F5 menu but only having the vagina functioning.

I find it funny how the framedrops between commands make the action more fluid in the webm than it actually is in-game.
I have like a half second delay when I give the cum outside command but in the webm it's instant since it didn't record (framedrops) during the pause 'cause my computer was having a stroke.

I am absolutely thrilled when I switched to Sybaris, but I think the delay between actions got even longer than before.

I have a nasty bottleneck with my oldass HD speed, 4gigs of ram and single core processor.

I think the extra plugins/mods that are now running, capturing software going on in the background and new game version using a newer unity engine + more features are all equally to blame.

Well, I got genitals working. Had to use cm3d2tool to repackage the edited .png to replace my skin .tex since krystal mod pack wasn't working for me.

Future webms and pic are gonna be a little more interesting, till then I'm gonna have to rely on anons to keep this thread alive. :)

Got any error messages for me so I can bug hunt the mods?
I want future versions of the kemono mod repackage to be absolutely stable and foolproof regardless if the user is running vanilla CM3D2, modmanager, modprioritypatcher or Sybaris.

Sounds like you are missing the file mod_skin_folder_kmng_i_.mod or it isn't in the same folder as the other files like mod_skin_kmng_mugen_i_.mod or the filenames were changed so the menu got broken.

I'm already frustrated like hell that the kemono face ALWAYS generates a non-fatal error message regarding the face textures.
There's some difference between the standard no-markings and the bright snout/lower face versions that got fixed for properly placed nose piercings.

so I moved the krystal mod pack out of my mods folder just to see if it was in use and I got the horrendous missing face error.
Looks like out of all the face mods I had installed it was using the one from the krystal pack but for some reason wasn't using the skins. I will have to re-install the full pack when I'm free later to see if I can resolve it.

Decided to spend yesterday trying a fresh install with Sybaris, but when it came to installing all the DLC using the single-package method it hung around 35% and refused to install anything else, even after exiting and trying again. I think I fucked up when deleting all the paths.arc and priority.arc lines as stated in the readme. Anyone that's tried this method, do you know how crucial deleting those lines are? Could I leave them in and try installing again?

Eyebrows are fickle bitches to do because they get moved and transformed extremely, depending on your maids emotes.

I installed and tested the CM3D2 centaur mod.
While the models have genitals that even open and close with the kupa plugin there was no change at the sex position alignments.

Results were more hilarious clipping chaos than sexy.

Can be used for multiple maids sexy posing shenanigans I guess.

looks like you don't have the full mod.

- download the krystal mod pack from the pastebin:

- put the unzipped folder in your \CM3D2\Mod\ folder
inside the first folder
- open the folder (\Mod\furry_mod_repack...\) and in the root should be a bunch of MOD files,
>mod_skin_kmn*.mod etc.
- copy or move all .mod files into your \CM3D2\Mod\ folder

now you should have more skin color options including genitals.

I have one with belly button too and I'll upload as soon as I'm done with this Alopex mod.

I had a little trouble with that before.

essentially, all assets you want to introduce into the game you want to put in your mod folder. the game will automatically look through the folders for assets and mods using .tex and .menu files are added no matter how many folders you have them in.
.mod files however do not get indexed unless they are in the root \Mod\ folder. Confusing, I know but just keep in mind when you installing mods, move the whole folder to \Mod\ folder and then if there are .mod files inside that folder, move them out and into the root \Mod\ folder.

If 4chan servers will allow this post to go through, I've finished the face markings and now am testing the eyebrows, they're not as angular or together as I would like at this stage but unfortunately it's the limit the model allows (you can see a bit at the bottom is clipped).

It's not too bad at this stage especially if your maid has constant angry face. I can fix up the edges but if someone knows of a mod to change the parameters of the brow then it would make it more accurate.

I don't believe that's true. I'm able to load .mod files that are not in the root \Mod\ folder. However, I think they may require being moved to root if you change their filename.

Well, I didn't change any names and none of the .mod files were loading but they were fixed when I moved them to the root folder. Previous threads have had this problem too and resolved in the same way, maybe we have different game versions idk.

I modified the .tex to change the color but I have yet to work out the best way to repackage (also fix a weird red-highlight in the material data), may include it for download in the future.
- all other hairs and clothing items are vanilla.
- Most importantly I use Advanced Maid Settings as with all my maids to get the desired body and breast shape and them THICC ass and thighs...

Only changed the icon so far even though all .tex files were changed. Weird.

I'm being ambitious and want to make it a skin colored MUGEN tail but since it uses a .menu file along with .mate instead of .mod it's harder for me to change.

I did a quick and dirty re-color of it but haven't found a way to repack the model so it doesn't need to be dependent on the dlc.

Also, if it is possible to edit the model I reckon just enlarging it at the front to cover more of the chest would suffice as far as the shawl goes.

you don't need Syphilis to get those skins, just make sure you don't have multiple copies of the same or similar mods in your mod folder.

if you have krystal mod correctly installed you should have two new skins, one has a 'G' in the icon and one (to the right) doesn't. When you select either of these skins, there will be many color options on the right of it. Any of the colors that say FREE are color customizable (mugen).

If you don't have these skin icons or color options then your mod isn't installed properly.

Well I used that shitty HF patch as well before I recently switched to Sybille or whatever it's called.

Trying some visual aid, maybe this helps, the list of .mod files is longer but just so you get the idea.

Otherwise try the modmanager plugin, it eliminates the need for a strict (and kinda dumb and messy) folder structure.

at the moment the only animal face mesh is a short snout that you see in all these pictures but combine it with the decent selection of ears and tails you can make most of the most common furry species (fox, cat, dog, etc.) There are different skin mods and markings being made in these threads to expand that range but we will need to get experienced modders to create more unique face types like horses, avian or scaly. There are also stuff like harpy arms and legs, hoofs, horse dongs and niche shit but most still need more modding to make full fledged kemono.

My game file runs about 20GB but that's including all the modding and dlc assets and more clothing mods than anyone really needs.
Graphic requirements are not that high so average settings still runs on most devices fine and doesn't look too bad either because of the simplicity of the cartoon-like anime art-style.

I was playing around with editing the .model files for the kemo face in blender, exported back into .model making sure to keep everything else intact but when I try to load up the file in game, I get an error message saying there was a problem loading up "skin_fox_lfree_i_.txt".
The name of this file makes me think that it is a texture error since skin_fox_lfree is linked to the active skin mod. The problem is, I don't know where to find this .txt file. The .menu file tells me it is in assets/menu/menu/... but I have no idea where those folders are located.

In the image attached from left to right;
1. Face and skin as it was before.
2. Trying to load the mod gives the error message but the edited model is visible on the maid. Eyes, skin and markings haven't loaded in yet.
3. After pressing "OK" on the error dialog, the model changes to a strange half-original/half-edited version but the eyes and markings load in fine. Skin texture has failed to load, pointing at a texture error.

If someone more experienced in modding and modeling than me could help identify the error or at least point me in the right direction I would appreciate it as currently I have no idea where to go from here.

The error message refers to a mugen furry fox face icon texture judging by the naming standards used by most modders.
To my knowledge such a thing was never used in the muzzle mods.

Assets/menu/menu/ refers to the mod folder in general and is a standard entry for most mods.

I think this is unrelated:
I've been getting "soft" non-fatal error messages about the face textures from day one regarding the classic furry mods because the texture entries regarding the face point to textures that use the mods name as base, add "_skin_002_mugen.tex" but the entries aren't there in the textures menu of the mod.

It's an error that I haven't fixed and that is presents in all variants of the furry mod, I have to admit to my shame.

Will look into that since the furry mods that use their own models instead of using the games stuff using the .mod format all don't have that problem.

What does the text window say? Is there red text with error messages?

Are you running the X86 or the X64 .exe?

Another possible bug source could be the applocale related.

Are you running HF pAppLoc and right clicking the exe with "run japanese ..." ? I noticed the game running less stable that way so I set up a shortcut going

It's already using NTELA since it wouldn't start without it.

Using the x64 exe.

Removing the translation pngs had no change to the problem, only removing the translationplus dlls fixes it.

The error log gets this followed by spamming the ResetProp error, though that occurs reguardless of if the trouble plugin is installed or not.

Also, I'm using version 1.39, I have a 1.46 patch but it causes the game to crash on startup

Try running the X86 exe even though your system is 64bit.

Unfortunately I don't know a proper shortcut for NTLEA where it loads the correct codepage.

I had NTLEA with my old reipatcher version but I didn't back up the shortcut, never messed with it, just used the patcher-generated shortcut.
Maybe someone still using the hongfire patch can paste what his shortcut says.

So I was checking each plugin and found besides TranslationPlus spitting out errors I found PngPlacement, PostEffect, AddYotogiSlider, and MultipuleMaids

These were all from the sybaris AIO package so did they require a specific version of the game other than 1.39?

Anyway the translation plugin's specific error is UnityEngine.SceneManagement.Scene can not load assembly

OK! so I fixed the model texture path inside blender and no longer have the error message! However, the face warps terribly when changing expressions or just moving in general.
Does anyone know if there is a tool to quickly edit bone position data for facial expressions? I have a feeling I need to change the .menu or some model data but I'm gonna have to do some trial and error again to try and get it to work properly.

They switched to a newer version of the unity engine at the newer updates (breaking most old plugins RIP HF PATCH).

Current versions of the sybaris AIO plugins are all tooled for that new version, it is very likely that they aren't downward compatible.

Tried out the Futa maid as master mod from the HF forums (also available as yuri with strapon).

The maid is HUEG, had to change the size of my Aeris for these videos.

I am using Dxtory with the Lagarith lossless codec to film 1:1 game resolution, high quality videos.

The hardest part was finding a relatively recent pirated version that wasn't locked behind cancerous shitsites that want to profit because the first, ancient, version that I had kept crashing the game.

Then I convert them with webm for retards, which is really super easy.
Cutting and trimming or downscaling as much as sensible, then setting a 3MB limit.

I did as the instructions asks and it works perfectly well with the HF patch sans missing features but when I switch to sybaris the updated translator simply doesn't work and messes up the title screen, no fiddling with updates or translation files has any effect, only removing the plugin fixes it.

Also the x84 version locks up with an infinite 'Can't get timezone name' error

Ok wow, managed to fix the face mod completelybut I had to start again because I built on a version that did not allow eye shape modification.

Looks like it's time to make a new thread, I'll get right to it once I finish this mod.

I made a MEGA folder btw and I will be putting all my mods that I make in here from now on. This will be a permanent link and wont expire like zippyshare.

Those plugins were made to work with Unity 5, which is version 1.40 and upwards. You're using the version of the game built on Unity 4. That's why they're not working.
