You did good work. One change I'd recommend is not saying cloaca so much. Once or twice is enough to give the idea. Saying it so much feels like you're beating the reader over the head with it.

Try something like "she was practically milking you as you strained to pull out", or use substitution words. You can also use "vent" to describe the outside opening. The cloaca is the inside part, but cloaca/vent is often used interchangeably to describe the outside part.

The whole contracting at touch and clamping down is very accurate though! There are several muscles capable of such movement around the vent and through the cloaca.
