1)Practice hands and feet(in this case, paws), don't be afraid of them.

2)Proportions, keep everything in proportion or it'll look awful

3)Shadows. Bear in mind where a shadow may be.

4)Learn to draw humans skillfully, then move to furries, paws may be hard to draw depending on the level of detail you want to add.

Welp, that's it. It might not help a lot but it's my two cents on this.

Well, you should probably look at Robin Hood to to get a grasp of the character, since he wears more "revealing" clothes. If you want you can break down his model to figure out his body structure. That should serve as basis for Maid Marian, but you obviously have to adjust it a little (wider hips, not as broad shoulders) since she is a woman.
Otherwise... she is probably rather fluffy like robin hood, as opposed to the pictures you posted. She should probably also have a white belly, as opposed to the first picture.

There is no way to learn art like that.

Only possible way to do this is to "lel learn 2 draw faget"
There's no magical tutorial that tells you how to draw a character, or anything for that matter.
You just need to learn how to draw in general and then try to figure out how to do these things.
If you look at "how to" tutorials or if you stare at the tips that tell you how to draw the head shape of a Disney character, only thing you'll just be left with is some stiff crap that mimicks the thing in the tutorial.

Tutorials are only good for technical things, like how to use Photoshop tools and stuff like that.
For drawing, fuck no.

Looking at "how to draw mice the Don Bluth way!" won't get you anywhere if you have no idea what the hell you're doing in the first place.

Besides when you have and idea of what you're doing, you can figure out what's going on with the characters pretty easily yourself.
Just study them. It's infinitely more beneficial than any "draw the face like this" tutorial.
