Honestly? It was the autistic hugbox mentality that made me stop showing up. I posted something skygracer made and it kicked off some tits on reptiles argument. I was going to say that it's entirely up to the author's discretion if it's okay or not, somebody else did, and yeah. It was dumb.

I just sat back and took stock of it all; I realized I was dealing with *actual* autism and there was no room for discussion. It happened when I posted my writing already so I just took stock and checked out.

You're likely right on both accounts. I've read well into your setting, and it seems there's a lot of pretty dark shit going on in the background, not to mention the dope ass tactical Stan scenes. Space Lizard shall have its share of violence and will get dark occasionally, but it was meant to be silly and especially fun.

Still, I'm not the worst writer in the world and I love space and lizards, so I might take you up on that spin-off offer.

Don't know if you're looking for critique, but you have a really good tone. A lot of people (myself included) fuck up narration or make it sound too stiff but it seems you got it down just right.

I'm supposed to be posting another chapter so there's more of those tactical murderatings, but I'm kind of stuck on fleshing out the lore to some other stuff.

If you want to take a crack at it just let me know on voat, I'll be able to answer any lore questions you need. Be mindful though that I *sometimes* break my own lore, I'm meticulous about it but sometimes I just fuck up somewhere.

If you spot inconsistencies let me know, plenty of things in this universe are floating right now and not completely set in stone.

Thanks! I'm glad you think it's interesting, I don't remember what I wrote there but I actually came up with the general premise while I was busy having a seizure.

I think initially I was confusing Jagged Alliance with Ultima Online and then it turned into a game about Snake Plisskin in the Metal Gear universe and a bunch of other things. I fleshed it out a bit and pulled from this and that, but my vision in the end has it being incredibly complex and also user friendly enough that you could skip over most of it. It's that choice that gives something the ability to last.

I've yet to start working on that part. I've done the command line parsing and some initial work on search result matching (from what was found and what is wanted).

Web interaction might be a pain with some sources, but the first one I'm implementing gives you JSON data, so I'll just use curl and some neat json library for that.
