The (only) successful way I've seen is if you filter for "scat" and "diapers" but then you'll still miss out on stuff like that. If I were you I'd just filter by scat and look at the cover art to see if it's got a similar style. (You can also try scat with pantyhose or scat with bloomers but these don't always work necessarily)

As for actually finding the good stuff? You just gotta grit your teeth and deal with it, that said, you can tell a lot from the cover.
