The conversation with Charlie seemed to be cut a little too abruptly in my opinion. Given how uncharacteristically shaken she was, it just kind of seems weird that, even though (or especially considering) she'd been draped over Remmy for quite a while, that she'd just calmly get up and go upstairs upon Remmy's gentle insistence; even if he did help her up while doing so.

This is more an opinion than a critique, so take it as you will.

I also agree with this, for the most part. I feel like the first half of this chapter was absolutely solid, I was invested and emotionally tied to the characters, but towards the end I started loosing interest. Not sure why that is, maybe the dinner scene was a little rushed, I think it could have used a little room to breathe. But overall another great chapter. Also I'm going to draw the crap out of that Charlie scene

The whole display of worry on the characters including even Don builds up the scenario amazingly, including the population view of Bellwether and how predators themselves were reacting to it. Charlie was pretty heartwrenching.

Long story short, the author had a story called "Fluent" which was a mainly WildeHopps one-shot collection where their universe all animals, while sharing a common language, also had their own private languages and cultures. It is taboo to teach other species your language; Nick and Judy didn't give a shit. It was cute and funny at times, with some...missteps here and there.

Then, in an act that could have only been sheer brilliance, the author decides to make a story tied to that fic where bunnies practice polygamy, Nick knew nothing about it until he was already mated for life to Judy, is told he will never be able to completely sexually satisfy Judy because "she is a doe", and guess who the author was going to put them in a polygamy relationship with! Jack fucking Savage!

My first comments after reading this then.
All in all a pretty solid chapter.
I like how you were able to represent effectively the different ways the predators in Pack Street cope with grief and how the loss affected the entire community.
Anneke dialogue at the dinner was eerily similar to someone who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer or cancer, it sent a shiver down my spine. Also I liked how Remmy still hadn't recognized the behaviour of the preys is a mirror to his past self.
It was something that was bound to happen, considering how in the film they said that the attacks became very frequent. Still, it hit like a truck, very good.
For a little critique:
I personally would have cut abruptly midway the phrase "Oh, shit. Cliff's a tiger too!". This way it gives a better sense of urgency. The reasoning is fast, but the cascade of events is even faster.
I liked a lot the part with Charlie, even though it was cut in a somewhat rude way. I hope in the following chapters Remmy remembers the saddened fox and that there was also Marty for her in the meantime.
Also very interesting would be to see how Al is managing all this chaos.
Always glad to see more Anneke, even in a state like this. The dinner part lost some steam (in respect to the previous) imho.
Certainly Remmy needs to visit Anneke again. Also I'm wondering about her feelings for him (given some of her phrases) and the locker. Certainly a lot of things to talk about.
Also curious about the badger, if he will have a bigger role or if he will remain in the background.
And Don behaviour is certainly something that piqued my interest.
The ending was maybe a little bit rushed in my opinion. The red fluid could have been an occasion to further delve into Remmy's thoughts, to see the fear moving inside him.
Still, one of the best chapters for me.

What had happened was that everyone who had enjoyed Fluent was pissed that this story was part of that series. Fluent had no hint of bunnies being polygamy, and the author tried twice to add polygamy to the story, both times the reactions to the chapters were negative; one was so bad that the author immediately backpedaled and rewrote the ending.

Everyone is calling out the author on how the story is complete cuck, the story makes no sense, goes completely against most of the chapters of Fluent. The author, instead of responding to the pieces of actual criticism (and there were actual thought out pieces that weren't just people screaming "KEK KEK!"), decides that they are going to completely rewrite Fluent in order to fit their new cuck story.

I'm really happy with this. However, it's also crying out for more details in the Ch.2.

My thoughts were that probably lion boy would force himself on the antelope a bit more but finally the little soft boy would fuck off and leave the lion kind of hanging. I watched Moana for the first time yesterday, and although pretty in some parts(sand animation, water animation), I think it truly fell flat.

Besides the forced songs that Zootopia thankfully didn't have, Judy was a protag with much more agency than Moana.

Eh, it's all good. That's the thing though, whatever you are writing is just for, as you put it, "goofy fun." It's not meant to be taken seriously in that case, and those things that are generally sweet and nice are your "real" works.

The thing with Wild Burr, is that they are serious, like drop dead serious with what they want to do. They are alienating SO many of their readers for things they SHOULD have known would happen.

I would say don't be afraid to post your "piss-take writings", some people might enjoy them, some might not. The one thing to take away from this whole thing with WildBurr is don't ignore feedback. Ultimately what you are writing is yours to write and you shouldn't let anyone tell you differently, but you should also accept criticism as well. Loved that you finally touched the topic of how predators must feel with the "plague" they have. It always bugged me before that you always mentioned the protests and how it is on news all the time, but none of the predators we saw gave two shits about it.

Some people say that Remmy was rude to Charlie but honestly you cannot expect your friends to cancel their plans only to comfort you. And he was with her for some time.

And Remmy was again cockblocked. Now he can't even get his toy. Why does he not just wrap his hoof in some cloth ot something soft?

I suppose I'd say that the dress appears maybe too 'poofy' and should follow the natural contours of his body more. I think also that maybe his arms and legs are shaped in a way too different than his head. Like maybe his head's posture in leaning off and looking to the side is too forced. That make sense?

Starting from the head.
From what I've seen, Nobby draws him with a little bigger ears and more "deer-like" (rounded triangle instead of simply straight).
Then, going down it is in general good, maybe widen the neck a bit.
You did get the typical zootopian slouched shoulders good, maybe widen a tiiiiny bit, because of the arms going inward.
You need a little work on his right paw, make the foremost finger more "visible".
The dress is good, you only need to straighten a little the corset-like part, since i seems elastic, and be careful of the two most bulging parts of the gown, since they seem the knees (making contrast with the legs below).
All in all very good for a quick sketch, you only need minor adjustments.
