Damn, that was one hell of a hard-read. I do have to say you were able to capture the feel that so many things are never able to get truly better again.
Besides the fact that whenever Fic's have WildHopps not work out, it always fills me with a certain sadness even the best drama films and series can't give me.
And it did dredge up a great deal of personal pain since some of my family have died or been through programs due to addiction's.
It did have a very solid bittersweet ending to it also, it already feels like that there is such a huge rift between Nick and Judy, that they are barely even friends anymore.
And there is no hope of them ever getting together again (I know that isn't the main thing to take from this, but that's just the shipper in me) or Judy being able to really have a happy ending to her now.

If you're new to writing, this is an uphill battle. Its a specific skill to write in a manner that suited to a specific demographic while still being an introduction.
Take this time to learn the basics. Read something about "how to write a story". Make a fairy tale or something.

There are two fanfics by SallyWhite that has the two as basically BROTP. It also has WildeHopps in these, but the main focus is the interaction and understanding between Finnick and Judy.
