She been "eating grass" for some time, skimming money from busts accepting solicitations. But this time around, she decides to "eat meat". She shakes lil' Nick down for most of his cash, then ties him up, ties his muzzle shut, then proceeds to rape him for a good long while. She eventually lets him go without answering Nick's cries of "why?"

Eventually a strange relation forms between them, Judy shakes Nick down for cash and sex, and Nick gets barely enough of a hint of how the ZPD works to stay smart and ahead of them.
