I'm not going to say they're terrible designers or anything, but I didn't like what Afterbirth brought to the table.

Especially when it game to new enemy designs, I felt underwhelmed: very few new attack patterns you had to watch out for or play around. Those black worms/leeches were very aggravating, but not in a challenging or fun way-- they just had double the health of regular silk worms, and wore on my patience. Afterbirth got me into the hobby of restarting runs if I didn't get a damage upgrade on the first two floors, not because I felt I NEEDED it, but because I didn't want to fight those dumb spawners with base damage and have rooms take half an hour.

Afterbirth Plus is the official one; Antibirth is all fan-made content and is made off the Rebirth code. Rebirth is AMAZING. Mod of 2016. REALLY FUCKING FUN.

Agreed, at least at first. I really only turned around my Isaac runs when I realized how much you can influence what you do in the game itself. Once you realize how to exert the influence you didn't know you had it gets a lot better.

I think you would have to change a little bit of the beginning of the greentext, unless there is another incident other than Gideon that causes Judy to lash out at Nick. Perhaps the incident didn't cause a complete fear in Judy but made her unconsciously wary of foxes, while putting Nick as a "good fox" in her mind. Nick and her play, Nick accidenly scratches her because of differences in how rabbits and foxes play around, and while Nick is at first horrified and is apologizing, Judy lashes out in fear of Nick not being a "good fox".
